The job went great. The crew arrived on time, got right to work and was done in about an hour. The gutters and downspouts are all now clean and the crew cleaned up any residue that may have gotten on the sides of the house

They do gutters too, but their price was way to high on that. Their work is good, very thorough. I have a big house with old fashion windows you have to take out. Their price was expensive. They do a good job. They are very friendly. They are un-intrusive for having to be in and out of the house. They are on the high side for price, but worth it.

They arrived late which worried me because I thought this would be another contractor who says he or his crew will be there and then nobody shows up. The crew began working immediately, first removing the mullions and screens and then cleaning the windows (and screens) perfectly. Then they even replaced the screens and mullions -- and they did it all in only 1-1/2 hours! This is the first time I ever hired someone to wash my windows. I would definitely hire them again.

The crew showed up even earlier than expected, started prepping the house promptly and we're done with all 4 sides prepped and washed in under 3 hours. Efficiency promptness and honesty at its best. Will definitely do more business with them.

They arrived on time with a large crew; washed 15 windows consisting of 12 panes each as well as all storm windows and screens. The work was done within 2 hours. The windows are clean and bright and I would not hesitate to use them again. I can highly recommend this company.

These guys are the best! On time, professional. Did what they said they were going to do. Removed a stain from egg that had been on the upper part of my home for a couple of years. The experience was terrific overall and exceeded my expectations. The team was efficient, professional, courteous and respectful of my property inside and out. They also seemed to work very well together, and I perceived a camaraderie among them which was infectious. Each foreman worked just as diligently as the rest of his men, while he kept the operation flowing with no downtime. In both instances, it was like watching a well-oiled machine at work. No less important is that they handled my landscaping with care and cleaned after themselves thoroughly. Twins Windows' price quote wasn't the lowest I received, but I am so satisfied with the total experience, I feel very confident I chose the best. They were well worth the extra money because they gave extra effort to earn it, in all respects. I intend to hire this company every spring and would refer them to anyone without hesitation.

The service was excellent. I did not expect there to be more than one person, but they came with about five guys and got the job done real quick. They were very nice, quick, and friendly.

Very impressed with the final product. My windows were cleaned inside and out and look better than new. The crew showed up on time and cleaned ALL windows including the skylight. I was very impressed and would recommend the company in the future.

The day they did the work, my son stopped by to see how everything went and when he saw the mud by the pool and the backed up drain, he was very upset to say the least. I am widow and my son takes care of the pool and problems that arise that I can't handle. He called Twin Windows and complained and they came back on the 19th of July to fix the yard. In the meantime, my granddaughter came to stay with me and while helping her move in, I looked out the upstairs window and saw the mess they left on the roof. When I called to tell them I had to leave 2 messages and neither call was returned . Last night I called again and got no answer so I left a message saying I hadn't heard from them and since I got their name from Angie's List I wanted to know if anything else would be done to fix the problem. Well. DID I get a response from, I think it was Andrew, then !! He was yelling that I was trying to Blackmail him ! He said all kinds of horrible things to me and apparently never heard the saying that the customer is always right ! I wasn't looking for an argument and just wanted to know if he was going to fix the problem or if I needed to get someone else in to fix the situation. I am a senior and do not want or need this kind of stress in my life ! He had me so nervous that I couldn't sleep all night. So, in answer to your question ,Would I use Twin Window Cleaners again ? Most definitely NOT !

I highly recommend Twins Window Cleaning. I called and they came to my home within a couple of days to give me an estimate. They made an appointment to do the job, confirmed the day before and arrived on said date early. The workers were pleasant, helpful and very professional. They were efficient and did a wonderful job. House, deck and pavers look terrific. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone that needs power washing.

I called for an estimate to have my yard power washed. The yard is large and predominately concrete. They came the very next day and gave us an estimate and a week later they performed the work. It was as easy as that. I would definately recommend them to anyone who needs work and I would definately use them for any and all future jobs.
