Failed to remove old stains from carpet and tiles. Otherwise, excellent result.

They were punctual, the price was reasonable and they did a good job cleaning and sanitizing the rugs.

I've had them a few times. I have them once a year and they're okay. They were good. I'm pretty satisfied with their work. They seem to do a pretty good job. The only thing was that I don't think they put everything back where they got it from. Just make sure they put everything back like they got it. I'd use them just make sure they put the stuff back. I think their work was satisfactory. I guess I would recommend them. They could have done a little better about the price. I wish they'd be a little more specific about the time they're gonna come. They are pretty much on time.

The two employees from Stanley Steemer arrived right on time and immediately started prepping for the job. They were both courteous and very efficient. We had a stain that kept returning and they explained the reason for the stain and removed it all. I have been using Stanley Steemer and will continue to do so in the future.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Frank and TJ. They were on time, very helpful and courteous. They knew their product well and took care when moving their equipment from room to room. My carpets came out beautiful especially our 2nd bedroom. The bedroom was used by our daughter and her husband and their 3 dogs for six months while their apartment was rebuilt after hurricane Sandy. I really thought it would have to be replaced. I was amazed and so pleased to watch the bedroom carpet come alive again and look and smell like new. (Carpets are only 3 yrs. old) Thank you Frank and TJ for an outstanding job. Would definitely use Stanley Steemer again and recommend them to family and friends.

My elderly neighbor whom I care for was recently hospitalized and I decided to take the opportunity to have his rugs and furniture cleaned. I called on a friday and they could have sent someone that afternoon. Instead I requested someone for the next day. I was given a 3 hour window between 11-2pm. The workers arrived around noon and called when they were on the way. My original order had been for the rugs and furniture only but they sat down with me and gave me a new quote for items I had not thought about. They were friendly and interested in the owners' story. I expanded my order to include every room in the house and was amazed at the wonderful job that was done. This rug and furniture hadn't been cleaned in over 30 years. My neighbor had been ill so there were staind of all sorts on everything. When Stanley steemer was done the arm chair was navy blue again, the mattress was shockingly white and every stain was gone. They even got most of the grout around the kitchen tiles back to the original white. Now they've gotten me to thinking about having my own home done. Very impressive.

This is the second time we have used this company and would definitely use them again.They were punctual, efficient, courteous and did the job quickly.

They arrived later than the time frame quoted to me but they did call to say they were on their way. Both gentlemen were professional and respectful. The job they did was excellent. We were in two minds on whether to keep the carpet in our new home or replace it but they brought it back to life. We are no longer looking at replacing it in the near future. The carpet was just neglected. Love the job Stanley Steemer did and the money they have saved us. Now I can afford plantation shutters LOL.

Service was prompt,professional, & efficient. The whole job was done in minutes with not fuss or mess. I was very pleased with the results.

Overall, both my wife and I were satisfied with the job they did. Also, an important point is the rug was not saturated when they left, and we were able to walk on it within a few hours after the techs left. We did however, walk on the rug with slippers or socks on our feet for the rest of that and the following day. The techs were finished and cleaning up within about 2 hours, which was a pleasant surprise to us as it left time for us to do some errands that would have had to be put off until a later date.

I received an email the day before confirming the appointment with the window of time listed. They arrived within the window of time. A walk through was done to make sure that we both agreed on everything that was being done. The cleaning service started and was done thoroughly, professionally and completed. I am very pleased.

I used them about three months ago. They did a good job of cleaning the carpet. The carpets are quite clean. They were quick. They acted in a professional manner. I gave them the approximate mentions in their office and she gave me an estimate over the phone. We have used them once before about eight or nine years ago and so we thought of using them again. We decided to go back to Stanley Steemer because we were not too happy with the others.

My sister used them and had the same experience. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

I thought about doing the rugs myself, but had a problem finding a machine that wouldn't cause circuit breaker problems. This is an old house and the lines are all 15 amps. I wanted to compare Sears and Stanley Steemer for pricing. Steemer quoted a price over the phone after I answered a few questions. (Sears wanted me to call an 800 number which I didn't want to do). The price I paid was the price quoted by Steemer. Their two professionals arrived within the 2 hour scheduled appointment. They were both curteous and helpful. When I told them the rug was 10 years old, they said it would not be a problem. A number of times while they were cleaning, they asked how the rug was lookiing. They were also able to get rid of most of the stains in the rug. It was a quality rug when purchased, and by the time the job was done, it looked very much like when it was new: including getting rid of impressions left in the rug from years of chairs and tables. I will absolutely call Stanley Steemer again when we have the whole house done, probably just before the Christmas holidays. The finished job was worth every bit of the money I spent.

I found them on Angie's List, and they had good reviews. They were very good. They did a cleaning with deodorizer. They came back a second time because the carpet still smelled a bit; they did a second deodorizing treatment. They were clean and efficient.

Their work was of good quality and I thought their prices were reasonable.

They came on time, very nice guys, explamed what they were going to do, and how much everything was going to cost. they took their time did not rush and if i need the rugs still had a smell they would deodorized again for me for free. great job

The workers were prompt and friendly. I was very happy with the service, until I noticed the stains reappearing. All in all, it was a nice experience.

THE CARPET CLEANING WAS ACCEPTABLE. WE FELT THAT THEY WERE INFLEXIBLE IN REGARD TO MOVING THE FURNITURE. THE CREW WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE JOB GOT DONE IN A QUICK MANNER.
