They are fantastic and do a very good job. They are very efficient and professional. I would definitely hire them again.

They came on time. They came quickly and they did the job quickly. Their prices were reasonable. They were kind of young kids but they were okay.

Their price was good for 3 rooms. I wouldn't grade their quality that great because I haven't called them anymore. I would not use them again in the near future.

I paid angieslist list for service and when Stanley Steamer came they said they didn't get paid but the money was certainly taken out of my American Express card. I will never hire service through angieslist again. The real shame here is that I cant rate angieslist. I gave them an F as well!

Its a good experience. They came, did what they needed to do, and they left. They did it in an timely manner.

I think they had a special going for $100. They were very courteous. They were friendly and professional. They took about 45 minutes all together.

This was the Westchester based company, not Staten Island as stated in your address. Our experience was horrible from the time I spoke with corporate to place the order until I sent the service people away the second time without allowing them to do the job. the order taker didn't offer me the online price promotion until I told them I knew about it. They didn't ask what color the grout was - I didn't find out the service truck did not stock my gray grout color until the first crew showed up. They wanted to charge me for 2 rooms after I told them I had an open kitchen area that was less than 225 sq.ft (the advertised size of a room on the website). When we told them we should not pay for two rooms they said ok, we don't want to lose you as a customer. The first crew told us they would have to charge us extra to "pre-order" the gray grout color they needed. We objected to having to pay for them to have the supplies needed for the job and they waived the fees. Two days later, when the second crew came, they had no idea of what had previously transpired and we had to start all over again with the one room or two charge. The e-mail confirmations we received from corporate about the price didn't seem to matter. When the price was straightened out, he still did not come with the grout color we needed. We sent him away and called another local tile cleaning service which did a great job. We will never call Stanley Steemer again.

I decided to use this company based on the reviews on Angie's List. I called late Monday, and was able to schedule the work for the following morning. I received a call that they were on the way and they came on time. Anthony and Arthur were polite, professional, and pleasant. When I wanted to move some boxes out of the way they wouldn't let me - they insisted they were there to do all the work and they moved anything that needed to be moved. I have nothing but good things to say about them. A very positive experience and I will definitely call them again when I'm ready to clean my area rugs.

Very satisfied with results and reasonable price. Techs, Rob and Joe R, were on time, polite, friendly, professional and were conscientious in their work. Later that day, their office called for feedback and to be sure I was satisfied. Great followup.

We used them for years until we got wood floors. They were better than other companies. Buy their package to save money.

Excellent is every respect. Workers arrived on time and protected all furniture from over spray. carpets looks clean and restored to original luster.

The two young men who performed the cleaning, Eddie and Richie, were on time, presentable, personable, professional and, most importantly, were conscientious about doing a good job. I was contacted by Tina two days prior to confirm the appointment. They arrived as promised, cleaned my rug and was done so beautifully I never expected my light beige rug to look good as new! Very polite and professional employees. I will use them again for sure in the future if the need arises without hesitation.

I contacted Stanley Steamers for the very first time... I had two Rooms that required a good cleaning. They accommodated me the very same day and were at my residence within one hour... KEVIN AND JON were professional and courteous throughout the entire process.. They were very informative and thorough.. What's most important; the results were better than expected. Overall, I would definitely use their services again.. YOU CANT GO WRONG HERE!! I've used them for a number of years. They're prompt. They come when they're going to. They do a professional job. They do a good job. I think they're a very professional company.

They did a good job. The guys were persistent about getting out stains on the wood. They got down on their hands and knees and scrubbed the grout between the tiles so that was impressive! They are extremely thorough and passionate on their work.

They were not very good at it. They're not professional. They were late one time and never showed up. I had to call them and they re-schedule it. I call them a day before and they don't call; they just show up. I rest the whole day that day waiting for them. Some of them do good; some of them don't. They're young people and most of them are on their cell phones texting; doesn't pay attention to their work and that annoys me. The last time they were here, the guy who came was good. He took time and stayed to do the work.

They were fine. The only complaint that I have is they were awful dumped when they left. It was a long time to dry. Their quote was exactly whatever they said was going to be and that was it. They try to sell you more when they get there. I would recommend them.

I was very pleased with the service and effort. My house looked so refreshed after they left. My kitchen tile/grout looked practically new and it was really about 14 years old. They really put a lot of effort into the removal of stains in different locations (carpets, couch, etc.) They were happy to go back on a few tough stains one last time when I asked. They took the time to explain everything with no surprises. When I see their trucks around from time to time, I think to myself. I will definitely use them again.
