+ -1 moreOUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH SEARS CARPET CLEANING WAS OK, EXCEPT WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE TIME. THEY SAID THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO GET HERE AT 3 PM THEY SHOWED UP AT 4:30 PM. THAT WAS A PROBLEM BECAUSE THE OFFICE CLOSED UP AT 5 PM, WE HAD TO HAVE SOMEBODY STAY LATE AND IF WAS A FRIDAY. THEY DID DO A REALLY GOOD JOB.
Description of Work: SEARS CARPET CLEANING, CLEANED THE ENTIRE OFFICE RUGS AND MOVED THINGS AROUND TO DO THE CARPET BETTER IN CERTAIN AREAS.

+ -1 moreARRIVED 2 HOURS LATE, DID A VERY QUICK JOB AND DID NOT EVEN REMOVED ALL THE STAINS. NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICES I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS VERY POOR.
Description of Work: CARPET CLEANING OF A BIG ROOM AND STAIRS. DECENT JOB. WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN.
