Answered phone promptly. Very responsive to my needs. Stated replacement cost of water heater and installation at a fixed price of $1,400.00 and no tax because considered capital improvement. Price at least $100.00 less than other competitors I called. Advised I had Angie's discount coupon of $200.00 for water heater replacement and they did not hesitate to state that it will be honored and price dropped to $1,200.00. They sent a plumber right away to check my water heater. The plumber stated that they could do the job right away if I wanted and all that they needed was a little time to get the new water heater and return. Two plumbers returned within 90 minutes and performed the work in 90 minutes. Cleaned up after themselves and carted old water heater away. Very professional service. Quite pleased with P.A.C. Plumbing. Will definitely use them again.

They are very good. They did an excellent job. The guy was very professional, very courteous and very knowledgeable. I did not feel like I was been taken advantage of. I highly recommend them.

They are ok but I think they were a little pricey. They got the job done and I would only use them in an emergency.

From the first call the receptionist was very welcoming. I could tell that it would be a positive experience. I was able to meet Anthony and Jeff who came to my home and was able to give me a full desprciption and break down of my problem and the then were able to tell me exactly what I needed and were able to complete the job much to my satisfaction and appreciation. They even were gracious enough to inspect other facets of my home even though I didnt ask them too. They took it upon themselves to make sure that we wouldnt have any other future problems that we might run into down the line. They were true professionals in every sence of the word. It was a great customer experience and I truly feel grateful that i was able to find this type of service.

Both Bobby and Vince were pleasant, efficient, tidy and got the jobs done. They were good at explaining what was done and any outstanding issues that should be dealt with. The radiator valve proved very difficult to remove and change. Bobby had to go to the local hardware store 3 times to get parts and figure out a solution to the problem. That job took much longer than expected, but they did not charge more and successfully completed the task. I would definitely use PAC again. The only suggestion I'd make is that there be better communication from the office to the customer about timing of arrival (if the estimated start time changes) and the pricing of the job (we were to get an Angie's List discount, which we ultimately did!). I would highly recommend the company and Bobby any time!

I called P.A.C Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning around 9:30am. A team happened to be in Manhattan so they came to my apartment after they finished that job. The technician, Anthony is the best, he knows his stuff, he is polite and very professional. He performed diagnostic testing and determined that the heating sensor for the unit was no longer working. He had the part in their truck, installed it and tested the unit, and then did a quick overall check of the HVAC. All of my questions about maintenance were answered. My 40 gallon hot water heater which is next to the HVAC unit is coming up on 10 years. It is requiring progressively higher and higher settings to heat the hot water and is now on the highest setting. Anthony told me what to expect when the hot water heater finally dies and showed me which valves to turn off it starts leaking. He measured the door opening, the diameter of the hot water heater, the distance from the gas line and other lines and determined that the door opening is not wide enough to remove the hot water tank without first taking the Goodman HVAC unit apart. When this apartment building was renovated, the mechanical closet was probably framed out after the units were installed. The advice to electively replace the hot water heater during the warmer months so as not to be without both heat and hot water during the winter months ... Priceless!!! I received a written price quote for replacing the hot water heater, installation, and labor which is good for one year. The price for the house visit and diagnostic check was as quoted by the office and the price for the heat sensor and installation were reasonable. Without heat the temperature in my apartment was 52 degrees. Thanks to this team my apartment is a warm 73 degrees and I can remove the multiple layers of clothing, the hat, and the scarf.

I have had for the last two months about four different companies repairing my Bosh Thankless water heater that did not provide enough hot water for neither of my three bathrooms. I learned the hard way that all plumbers are saying different things about my water heater, that it is good but water valve needs to be replaced, that it is not good, too small, that never buy Bosh, a porshe of all water heaters. I spent so much time talking to manufacturers, plumbers, reviewing plumbing ratings websites, and reviews for all perspective gas tank models that some told me that they are all the same. I had plumbers I had to contact again and again. I liked P.A.C Plumbing because all was smooth: we booked an appointment, set the date, installed water heater. Though it is not yet a month into it, I dreaded that something never be right, that something will be wrong, but, no, all is good for now, and I hope for the next 20 years. Paul and his boys were very professional, and I hope I would not need in couple of months or years to do anything with my water heater.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from everyone I came in contact with from PAC Plumbing. I wanted to replace my old hot water heater. I live in a condo, and the water heater is located in a very small space with other appliances. Carol, who works in the office scheduling jobs and trouble-shooting, was courteous, professional, efficient, and patient when answering my questions. Chris M., who did the installation, called when he was on his way and arrived at the scheduled time. My apartment is a 2nd floor walk-up, and Chris faced multiple challenges with the installation, including carrying the heaters up & down a flight of stairs alone! He was very skilled, professional, pleasant & determined. He promised me he would get the job done & he did. I cannot say enough good things about him. After the installation, I happened to notice a very slow drip from one of the connections. I called Carol, and she sent Anthony T. & Vinny, who also arrived on time, were pleasant, professional & courteous, and quickly made the repair. I was charged tax, which was an error (unknown to me), and Carol notified me & issued a refund check. The entire experience was a positive one. I highly recommend PAC Plumbing!

It was a great experience! I recently lost my father in October 2013, who used to maintained the boiler. Towards the end of 2013 harsh winter, the boiler started to give me problems. Whenever I would add water to the system, the water meter would mislead me and I would flood a radiator. Although I'm very handy (thanks to dad!), I honestly didn't have the strength to figure out the problem. Before the 2014 winter season starts, I decided to look for a company who would be able to possible repair it and service the boiler. After reading the reviews, I decided to give PAC a try. Glad I did! John C. was awesome! He is very professional and knowledgeable. Since my dad was a crafty handyman, I was a bit nervous as to what possible unforetold disaster was ahead of me! Results: the boilder works fine, John activated the automatic watering system and it was low on water. That's it! Maybe it need to re-bond with a male? I have no idea. All I know is that I signed an affordable service contract for 2014 and this headache is no longer! Now the boilder will "purr" like a kitten! I'm sticking with P.A.C.!

My husband called and reached someone very easily. They were extremely punctual with their arrival time and professional and courteous. I found the job to be overpriced and now since it's been completed, my toilet hasn't been flushing the way it was before. It works, but not to the same degree as before.

It went well. They arrived on time and it took about an hour or so for the installation.

They were fabulous as well as really excellent. They were very polite. From the owner down through the staff. They had a sub contractor come in and found the old oil heater. They were very clean, placing a drop matt on the floor. They were extremelly efficient and considerate. They followed up in order to make sure it was going well afterwords. I couldn't of been happier.

Service was great, the plumber came and checked everything out and found a couple of pipes were rotting, as they were pretty old and replaced them. From my understanding, the leak in the tub was due to one of these pipes. Very professional and courteous. Price was up there, but the quality of the service was excellent. I am not sure what the current going rate is for these services, so I could be wrong about the price.

My mom found water on the kitchen floor and saw the leak was coming from the cabinet under the sink. I researched Angie's List, and gave her the information for P.A.C. Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning. Follow are her comments: "I called the office, and the receptionist (who has a wonderful phone manner) was able to get me an appointment the following day. Mark and Michael arrived at the appointed time, checked the situation and let me know what needed to be done and the cost. They needed a special part, and made the trip to and from the store in no time at all. Once back, they replace the pipes, checking multiple times to make sure all the joints were secure and not leaking. They even cleaned the cabinet and swept the floor! Great guys -- polite, knowledgeable and professional. I'd definitely recommend, and use, P.A.C. Plumbing in the future."

It was a wonderful experience nad very quick. The repair man John Coppola was extremely professional, courteous, and very knowledgable. He explained all and was very clean and efficient. I felt very confident with his abilities and would definitely without question reach out to PAC Plumbing in the future.

They were great! Just fabulous. They came on short notice on a really hot day. They were reasonably priced, too. The techs are kind and knowledgeable. The company is receptive when you call, and make an effort to come as soon as possible.

Their price was fair and competitive. The tech was clean and friendly. Unfortunately, the new water heater had a defective part and the water heater went out several months later. I called them, and they were quick to respond, and quick to replace the part - they didn't even wait for the manufacturer to send a replacement part. I was very happy with their response. They even gave me an Angie's List discount.

The technician was very professional and very skilled. The only issue was the price, which appeared to be substantially above what was expected. The tech acknowledged this but said he had to go by the company's official price guide. He said he heard that complaint frequently. The work was done quickly and with no problems.

Initially, we called on a Saturday, and were told that they wouldn't be able to see us until Monday. When we called again Monday, they said Tuesday would be the earliest. So, for our first leak, we used a different plumber. However, our pipes burst a second time on Tuesday morning, and this time, PAC was the company that was available. They came exactly when they said they would. The team was really helpful and honest, and completed the job promptly. They even went above and beyond, trying to find ways to help defrost (still more!) pipes that had frozen. Even though we couldn't get them to come out over the weekend, we would definitely call them if/when we have an issue during the week.
