They service was okay. However, I was not happy with a couple of things.

Leak discovered Thanksgiving evening. PAC had installed the water heater a few years ago. Sticker on the heater said 24 hour emergency service. I called, got answering service which took my info and said I would hear from them between 8-4 Friday. Ok, it's Thanksgiving. Called back Friday morning, got answering service, who said "might not be working because of the holiday"!!!!! Got someone else who responded immediately. PAC called Monday morning!!!

Unfortunately it didn't get repaired by P.A,C plumbing, due to my landlord's refusal to pay to have the job done properly. The gentlemen sent out to look at my issue were prompt, polite and knowledgeable. They suggested that the entire seating be replaced so that the issue wouldn't need to be addressed again for a long while. The pricing was reasonable for the amount of work they would be doing, but unfortunately my landlord didn't agree. I would certainly hire them again for any plumbing needs I have. It's rare here in Staten Island to get a service call the same day I call.

It went really well. Ron and Andrew were very professional in everything they did. The work explained to me in detail before it was was done. They were very nice guys who were easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend PAC to my family and friends. Thank you Rob and Andrew.

All levels of the company operate with a customer focused mentality and highest level of professional. Technician Bobby is a pro's pro who, along with his associate, completed a remarkable amount of work in a relatively short period of time with the highest standard of quality. I could not be more appreciative of the effort and care given to the project. I have used many plumbing and hvac companies since becoming a homeowner and PAC is a cut above the rest by far. I highly recommend and will be using them exclusively moving forward. In terms of the work they had to displace a fair amount of dirt (about a cubic yard) and also drill down 1ft and across 3-4ft of concrete foundation in my basement to cut out and replace 6-7 ft of pipe. They then installed new piping and trap and add a back flow restrictor. That was day 1. Day 2 they returned as much dirt as possible and hauled the excess. The concrete was rebuilt. After that they successfully installed a 160,000 btu Bosch tankless waterheater. Throughout the process I was advised and consulted on all pertinent issues allowing me to make the best decisions for my house. I can honestly say I am a better homeowner after working with Technician Bobby. On his advice I will be contact my homeowners insurance company to see what savings can be obtained since my house is now safer (i.e. backflow restrictor and tankless water heater).

Unbelievably well! The guys ran into a few other problems along the way and all was repaired in a non-rushed way to our entire satisfaction! Great service.

When you buy a house, apartment or Condo, especially an older one, you are going to need two things -a sense of humor and the names of some great contractors – be that a GC, an electrician or a plumber. We can’t help you with the humor, but we can help you with regard to contractors, in this case a plumber. We went with PAC and you should too. So, what is the focus of our laughter? We have a Victorian that we went into with eyes wide open, we knew it needed work - we just did not realize quite how much. But after the fire department extinguished the flames and the winterization revealed all the plumbing to be falling apart, not to mention so far out of code it was unlikely it had ever been in code, one thing we were looking at was complete replumbing. We had several companies come by, but the choice was easy. PAC, as in the owner of the company, Paul Campione, paid very close attention to everything we wanted to happen and everything we did not want to happen - from our preference for old materials (cast iron drains, lead sheeting for shower bed construction) to our desire to preserve the old parts of the house untouched. And Eric, his son, who managed every aspect of the day to day work has never once waivered from making sure that everything went exactly as we wanted. Simply put, Paul and Eric have an ethical compass that is absolutely true. They are also lovely people. Did we have hiccups? Sure. But the expertise of Mike and Daniel, Bob and Drew along with Eric’s determined oversight meant that not only did those get resolved, we avoided numerous pitfalls. An example? The entire cast iron stack had to be replaced. It was cracked from top to bottom. Oh, what lurks behind walls. Somehow, while managing to introduce previously absent venting to every fixture and do so without leaving a trace of that pipe work visible, Mike managed to find a way to avoid us having to dig up the entire cellar floor. To tie the new iron downpipe into the existing subterranean iron work took real skill but he pulled it off. We have just completed the last finishing work and are days away from closing out the whole process which means we have been through months of work and much anxiety, but we are as convinced now that retaining PAC was the right choice as when we started. Skilled. Diligent. Attentive. Ethically as strong as the iron they put in here. And darned nice. Your home may test your sense of humor, but if you get PAC in to test your plumbing you will have one less thing to worry about. Call PAC and meet the PAC or Eric yourself. You will see.

PAC has been my plumber for 30 years. The house is 80 years old. They were the plumber for both the bathroom and kitchen renovations as well as the heating and ac modernization. The diagnosis was quick and efficient. The part was backordered. As soon as it was delivered they scheduled the repair. Bob was knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. He willingly checked other concerns I brought to his attention. He provided preliminary solutions and advised me of a serious problem with magnesium in my water which is causing deterioration of plumbing fixtures. I saw the evidence and after discussion and approving the estimate, I am scheduling the whole house water filter installation

The crew arrived on time, were very professional. Written estimate was prepared upon inspection and I authorized the work to be performed. The crew was neat and clean, really appreciate them covering their shoes. All copper condensate were removed and replaced, the attic condensate line was rerouted to my exterior rain gutter. I couldn't be happier with the service and repair. In fact, I hired them to replace my existing attic fan that is also giving me trouble.

I'm what you call a fan of PAC, it seems that everything they touch turns into art. I've compared other contractors work to theirs and they are by far the best in Staten Island. This round I had my central A/C and furnace replaced. My old system was put in way before we moved in, it was missing a valve and an emergency switch to turn it off, it needed to be changed. The guys showed up early 8am on the dot, they worked non-stop. I have to say they are very quick and very clean, even after they removed the furnace they swept behind and around it. When the work was completed I was amazed how beautiful everything was completed. They have gained my trust and my loyalty. Cheers guys, keep up the great work.

A month ago I request for service for leak check due to water usage had being spike for the last month. PAC come out didn't find any leak and I paid $145 for the service call. I called DEP in an attempt to replace the water meter under the impression the meter is malfunctioning due to PAC is unable to locate the leak. DEP technician came and found the toilet in my basement has a slow leak and I was given a Yellow Notice to have it fix within 3 business days. PAC was contacted again and advised the situation that their technician fail to find the leak and rescheduled a revisit today on 04/09/2018. I was advised by PAC that their technician will come out to check and confirm the leak found by DEP. If the leak is confirmed then I will be given the option to repair it for the cost of the parts and labor, or if no repair is done, then I will be charge for the service call which will be approximately $145. Today, PAC technician arrived on schedule, found and confirmed the leak in the basement toilet bow that their fail to detect on the first visit. PAC technician identified the fill valve and flapper needs to be replace. However, the price to replace the two items was out of control. I was provided the quote of $554.44 plus Tax $49.21 at total of $603.65 to have those two items replaced. Since this problem has to be fix or I will still be billed $145 for service call whether or not to have the job done by PAC which not left me much of choice, but to have the job done for this incredible expensive replacement for just the filling valve and a flapper at $603.65. The price I can have the entire toilet replaced. I am not happy with this at all, I felt being taken hostage by this company. A big mistake requesting service from this company in the first place. I am strongly not recommended to anyone who is looking for service from PAC.

Very pleased. We've used P.A.C. Plumbing in the past. They came on time, worked quickly and neatly, and were clear and fair about the pricing options.

They took care of everything for me. Came on time and spent 3-4 hours to complete everything. One of the best things that they do is send you an email with the name and a photo of the person that is coming, so that you will recognize them. Love that!!

I just needed a quote to have the sink drained but he won't give me a quote over the phone. I gave them A for responsiveness because they call me right away. I will consider to use them again for major projects but i just have minor jobs to do right now and I think the price was high.

Guys showed up on time and did a great job, I was amazed how fast they finished. Every plumber that came to my house said it would take at least a day to complete the job, they were wrong. They were very clean and professional. The best thing about Bob and Drew they ask me about my opinion and what I wanted, I don't know anything about plumbing so I left it up to them. They went above and beyond, great job guys. I'm a PAC customer for life.

Joe was on time. it is the second time he comes (he came a few weeks ago for other things). he performed the job very professionally. Check all the possible issues and problem and gave us a diagnostic at the end of the visit. The estimate came within hours for additional work and installation that needs to be done (changing thermostats...) Great job!

Great: all three technicians that came were top notch. Phil and Devon for the plumbing and Joe for the heater.

Two men showed up on time. We discussed the problem. My only issue is they priced it at $350 with tax, before examining the clog. That is pretty high based on Angie's List pricing guide (low:$115 - high:305) and my past experience. I tried, but they wouldn't go lower. It turned out the clog was pretty deep, near the stack and it took about an hour to complete. At first the snake seemed to be going in the wrong direction when we listed in the basement. I asked if they has a camera to use, but they said they didn't use one. They eventually got the snake to the clog and drain was cleared. They also cleaned up afterwards. To sum up very professional, but pretty high estimate for that job.

I think they're a cut above the average plumber. They're very consumer oriented, professional, they listen to you and come and help you. They come back if you need them to and they are simply better than the rest.

Phil and Devon were the two technicians from P.A.C. who came to my home and took a part my air conditioner and cleaned it out. They did an amazing job! They were courtesy, helpful and professional. They really know their stuff. I was extremely happy with the job they did. I highly recommend them.

I already used PAC Plumbing for my gas conversion last Fall. Anytime I’ve had any issues, concerns or needed support and help I’ve called Nick Rizzo in PACS office. He always goes the extra mile to any of my concerns handled and the information I need. PAC was wonderful with the work, but Nick handles all administrative concerns. 5-Stars for Nick Rizzo!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It actually went well. They were very responsive, scheduled a time quickly and showed up when they promised. The issue turned out to be minor but they gave me some options to consider. The only downside was that they didn't come prepared with the right equipment HOWEVER they sent another team over within an hour to make sure the job was done. I couldn't ask for better customer service.

I have been using Paul and his crew for over 10 years. I couldn't be happier with their service. Always professional. Always there when I need them. The work is top notch. Licensed to work in both NY and NJ, they always perform to the higher NY codes. NJ plumbers and contractors that have been in my home have commented on their top quality work. The other area plumbers don't come close. Carol is always helpful and pleasant too!
