They came on time. They were very courteous, customer service oriented. They fixed the problem. My other plumbing couldn't fix it. I would hire them again.

Bobby and Matt came and fixed my heat. They were very professional and I highly recommend their work.

After going over several options, they willingly worked in a very cramped space, removing doors and other obstacles to replace my water heater. They replaced everything and left it all clean and neat. Phil and Mike Z did a great job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They were very thorough and professional. They drained out the oil tank. They installed everything that was necessary and they cleaned everything up. I have a serviced contract with them. I love the gas heat. They are very personable people.

It was fixed. No complains. Signed a service contract with them for a year.

It was one person. It was a 2 day job. He was there for about 3 hours one day and 4 hours the next. Very clean.

I had an excellent experience. We thought they were very good. My wife would give them an A+. It was excellent and I would recommend them highly. We've used them probably for 20 years and the price has always been reasonable. The work has always been excellent. Their responsiveness was excellent. They came within two hours after the call. Punctuality was excellent. I would absolutely use them in the future.

They charged $1,257.25 for the descaling, which is very expensive for 2 hours work but I paid it in good faith as I was anticipating the proposal on a larger project. Then the nightmare began. Since 21 Nov 2016 until 28 Dec 2016, I had been calling and emailing for the proposal -- almost twice a week. I got several excuses and an email back from the owner saying we will get back to you next week. I just gave up. I feel taken for paying the high price for the descaling as I thought I was going to get professional follow up with my larger proposal. This company does not follow up and horrible customer service. I would not recommend them for any project as given their dealing with me, you will just waste your time and money.

I asked for a new water heater with a ten year warranty. I was charged for a Rheem with a ten year warranty. The following day I looked for the manual and found along with the manual a paper from Rheem indicating I had a six year warranty. I began to look up information about the water heater and learned that a piece had to be put on the heater to extend the warranty and a sticker indicating the extension would be on the heater. Neither was there. I contacted PAC and they concurred that indeed I had neither. Workers came in a timely fashion to rectify the problem but if I was not diligent I would have paid more for a 10 year warranty water heater but only had a six year. Lesson learned - be diligent and check to make sure you got what you paid for.

Wonderful. All plumbing is working nicely. All staff (we had 6 different people in 3 days of work) were friendly, and hard working. Worked in the hot weather in a non-air conditioned house and they were quick to make us feel better about the situation. The only frustration was the appointment times. On day one, we were given one appointment time when we scheduled the work. Time was changed. A different time was sent via email, but the staff were still over 2 hours late.We understand that there can be emergencies and delays, but a phone call to let us know would have been helpful. Second and third days, workers arrived on time or early (which we were happy about...)

Wonderful. I called Angie's List in a panic because it was really hot in New Jersey that night and I needed a new company. Angie's List was wonderful too. It was about 6 p.m. and Angie's List recommended P.A.C. Chris from P.A.C. came over within an hour and a half and found out our cellonoid in our compressor in our backyard was broken and he went into his truck and found the part and replaced it and now it's working perfectly. Thank you so much Chris! I loved their service so much that I joined their maintenance plan which means they will come over every spring to check our air conditioning unit and every October to check our furnace. We also get 10% off all the jobs they do, and we have a lot and because we joined the maintenance plan Carol, the secretary at P.A.C. told me that we will always be at the top of the list which means that even though there might be 5 people waiting for service, P.A.C. will come to our home first. Carol is the one of the nicest ladies I've ever had the pleasure to talk with. They are open 24/7 every day which is wonderful. I'm so happy I was a member of Angie's List and they recommended the wonderful company P.A.C. And thank you again Chris...you are the best!!

Toooooo EXPENSIVE! Rob a bank before they get there because prices are outrageous! There was a $107 charge for the estimate and they did not give me the 10% Angie's List discount. Only good thing is the workers that came were very nice and professional, but, the company is outrageously over priced, I'd say unreasonably so.

Very reassuring in terms of work knowledge, job quality and reasonable cost. Very wary of home repairs. Competing quotes were totally out of whack, even diagnoses were different. I think I got lucky bigtime!

PAC arrived on the time promised. Work was completed ahead of time stated. The workers, John and Anthony, were friendly, professional and represented the company well. I would not hesitate to use PAC again and to refer them to family and friends.

The toilet wasn?t flushing; bowl wasn?t filling back up with water. I used PAC b/c their quote was cheapest, with a minimum of $115. They didn?t tell me there was a trip-charge, and when they came, the plumber said it was an issue where he just had to move the flapper. The job only took 5 minutes, and he said the flapper was fine. He charged me $350, and I couldn?t understand why. He said it was $100 for the trip-charge, and an additional $250 for the work done. I was on the phone when the work was done, and my father was there. He did end up coming back and replacing the flapper, but not charging the trip charge. I felt like I was being cheated, and I wasn?t told the right price up front, then told a much higher price afterwards. When I called the company, they said he?d changed the flapper, and he then came back to change it so they could justify the charge. I would rather be charged a little more from a reputable place than be played with when it comes to the work and the charges.

Service was done in a timely manner. But the bill for 1/2 and hour of work to replace a 7.00 part was excessive.

We called this provider because they advertised 24/7 emergency service. We had an emergency situation and called. Someone answered, took our information, and said a plumber would call in an hour. Over an hour later, no call. We called back and stressed the emergency nature of the situation and a different person said they would call it into the dispatcher and escalate. Someone called maybe 15-20 minutes later. We discussed the situation but they said that no one could come out to see the issue for TWO DAYS. While we understood that it was already late on a Sunday (8PM) and that the next day was a holiday, why advertise 24/7 service if that was't true?? We needed immediate help and they couldn't provide it, even though they advertise the service.
