Description of Work: Bob came by to get my home ready for a D.O.B. inspection. He was polite and extremely professional. He worked diligently to correct the issues relating to the piping which ensured that the violations were corrected. I requested him a second time to hook up my washer and dryer which required a gas valve adapter be added. If you go to PAC, only ask for Bob.

Description of Work: Our central A/C stopped working. We have a service contract with PAC. The technician showed up within an of our call; he actually showed up 5 minutes early. The part was replaced within a half hour. There was no charge for the service call, the part or labor. The AC Is now working fine. PAC followed up with a call to make sure we were satisfied with the service. The technician was courteous and professional. We have been using PAC for years and have never had anything other than excellent service. We would recommend them highly.

Description of Work: I don't recall the date or the specific amount but it was much less than an amount I was quoted by another company. They came on short notice on a really hot day to fix my air conditioner. I was extremely grateful for their prompt and professional service. They were excellent and I will certainly call them again. I recommend them highly. (I wrote a review right after they fixed my AC and don't really understand why you are asking again.)

Description of Work: He came on time to look at the H/AC unit that had to be replaced. He said he would make a few phone calls to try to locate it. and that he would go to his truck and make these calls and let me know in 15 minutes or so. I never heard from him again. Called the office of the company and spoke to the receptionist she said she will contact him again did not hear back, called the next day again she would contact him never heard a word again! the least I would have expected was a courtesy phone call if they could locate the unit and would not be able to perform the service. I do not recommend this company. Very unprofessional.

Description of Work: PAC PLUMBING was contacted to apply individual water meters to a commercial properties on Staten Island. They also performed some assistance with repairing a toilet and installing a thermostat that had been formerly removed from a premises. The job was done on time and the service men were professional and courteous. They receive full price for their work but were able to negotiate a price change when asked to do so. I would use them again and refer them to others for plumbing help.

Description of Work: They have been my plumber for almost 10 years. I have a baseboard hot water heating system. I travel for extended periods in the Winter. As a precaution against possible catastrophic heating failure, they replaced the water only with an antifreeze solution. It has provided me with piece of mind, especially with the brutal winter we had this year. It was done quickly and neatly. I have saved more than that amount in fuel. The employees are long term, skilled and trustworthy. The company is not the cheapest but their policy of providing a good wage and benefits and the leadership provided by this family firm has resulted in our ten year relationship. When I remodeled the master bathroom, they did a complete repiping job and will be the firm I use this Spring to do a similar job in my new kitchen. They have handled many service calls over the 10 yr span and were responsive and came when they said they were coming. They accept major credit cards.
