Description of Work: Today we had P.A.C. Plumbing, Heating, & A/C to assess a stoppage that was deep in the main piping in our home which had us deeply concerned. They sent Bobby & Phillip to our home to address the situation, they were warm and extremely professional clearly understanding that this had us very upset but they put us at ease which was most comforting. They diagnosed the problem and took the time to explain the problem to us and how they would look to remedy the issue. They offered a price and the situation became extremely challenging but they were relentless in their efforts to give us satisfaction. They had to go back to their office to retrieve a more highly efficient piece of machinery to get the job done and it worked and given that the time went longer than expected they stuck to the original price. Let me say that I'm extremely grateful to both Bobby & Phillip and P.A.C. is represented well by both. I highly recommend P.A.C. for any related needs that you have you are in good hands professionally and they do care which made a world of difference we are extremely pleased with this great level of service

Description of Work: I had plumber give me his opinion regarding a plumbing condition I did not engage pac plumbing yet. Job is very expensive and I have not made up my mind as how to handle the situation as I have two choices . I may use pac plumbing

Description of Work: replaced lead bend for toilet.Very clean and professional. The same plumber repaired my furnace several years ago, and it has continued to work just fine.

Description of Work: Broke toilet and wanted customer to purchase a new one for $600 through them. The toilet was only leaking to begin with and they broke it.

Description of Work: They searched for the source of a leak from upstairs and dripping into the kitchen. They cut out three holes, found the source of the leaks and replaced the pipe. They were very neat and clean |and we will use them again in the future. There were two plumbers - Vinny and a helper!

Description of Work: PAC came to review a leak in my third floor bathroom. The technician gave an honest accessment of the problem which turned out to be correct. He could have taken my money and run but he didnt. I would use them again.
