Very well. Jeff came within the time frame promised to give an estimate. He recommended work on a couple of other smaller trees; we agreed on the scope of work, a date and a price. They came the following week on time, found parking on my street for their trucks and wood chipper, the crew worked fast and efficiently, and left everything cleaned up.

Excellent. Jeff stayed in touch, was able to come a little earlier than expected and they did a great job. Very professional and cleaned up thoroughly.

Jeff and his team provided an excellent service in cutting down a large number of overhanging branches (medium to very large) into our back yard. They were very professional and took great care to cut down the branches into manageable sizes for removal through our house. Our backyard and house was left spotless. Would highly recommend and great price for what they did. Thanks again to Jeff and his team! Excellent job.

The owner as well as workers worked professionally throughout the job. Had to climb two massive trees to remove large limbs. They knew exactly from start to finish how to start the cuts and then lower the limbs by rope. Very neat, timely and professional job. Highly recommend.

Jeff was very professional during all phases of the job. His estimate was comparable to four other tree services in the area, but he was able to provide clear answers (i.e., none of the double-talk typical of other contractors) to my many questions about the job itself as well as general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Insurance certificates were provided a few days prior to the job and coverage was easy to verify with the insurance companies. The Out on a Limb office manager was also very helpful. The crew arrived on time, set up quickly and got to work. Jeff's skill at climbing, cutting and giving clear directions to his workers was most impressive. It was also quite clear that all work was completed with safety in mind. My neighbors and I watched a good portion of the job and were impressed at Jeff and the crew's ability to the put the branches (some very large) exactly where they wanted them to land. A landscaper working across the street also came to watch for a while and was equally impressed. Clean-up was thorough and the crew gave special attention to my neighbor's yard since was a good portion of the work was completed there. Once branch broke (unavoidably) on the way down and caused minor damage to a fence, which was repaired the next business day. One thing to keep in mind if you are having a stump ground is that it produces a lot of mulch, most of which the crew doesn't remove. I was able to use a good portion of it and the rest of it will be carted away by the sanitation department a few bags at a time. Just something to keep in mind/ask about if you are planning a similar job. This was absolutely a job well done! Highly recommended!

From the first call I made to Jef,f to the time he arrived, he was nothing but professional. He responded to my call inquiring about his services quickly and came the same day to check out the tree. He told me that the tree would just continue to die no matter what. I had also had an arborist inspect the tree previously who said the same thing, but his fee was much higher. What really impressed me was I also have an even larger Norwegian spruce tree that I wanted inspected. Now he easily could have said that tree was decaying also, since I really had no idea. These are very, very old huge trees. Before having anyone look at both trees I was hesitant, as the nature of this business is, among other things, cutting down trees. And, in today's world this is a very expensive procedure!! When Jeff inspected the Norwegian Spruce he said it just need a lot of trimming. He said "we always try to save a tree if we can". I was very impressed with that , since he could have made much more money by saying that it needed to come down too. He also asked if I wanted the stump removed and I said it depended on how much more it was to do that. He then said I'll remove the stump! He came with a good amount of workers and also trimmed 4 large bushes, a few rhododendrons,and a large lilac bush. He and his team worked continuously and cleaned up everything. I was very impressed how quickly everyone did their part of the job. I would recommend Out on a Limb to anyone as Jeff answered all of my questions and was extremely professional. He also gave me advice for another young tree that I was concerned about and what I could use to help it. Over all I was very pleased with this company. And I just love the clever name!!!

or Jeff agreed to prune at slower pace so I could make a decision on how much I wanted to remove from these tall shrubs. Removing the tall vine and all of the pruning was complicated as my husband and I had allowed the three shrubs to grow too high; they needed to be pruned extensively and also each re-shaped. Jeff was careful not to prune too fast or prune too much and allowed me to watch all and give him my feedback. He was very concerned that the outcome would be to my liking. He also took great care in the pruning of the other tall shrubs in the other gardens at my home. Would definitely use this company again. And, they performed more than they promised.

The "Out on a Limb Tree Care" was very professional, efficient and immaculate. The entire process took slightly over 4 hours and they cleaned up the entire property. Highly recommended. I would absolutely use them again.

He's AMAZING!!! I had interviewed 7 contractors off of Angie's List. His reviews were great but not that many of them. I loved his company name and figured, "what's one more estimate?". He was the 8th contractor to estimate the work. He knew the plants, how they grow, exactly what I wanted done and the time it would take. He's been trimming trees, with and without buckets, for 17 years. He knows his work. This is not your usual Tree contractor. No salesman... just Jeff and his crew. My backyard looks gorgeous. My neighbor used him at the same time, for a small fee, (his suggestion)... so the integrity of the trees he pruned were maintained. He's got all the equipment needed for ANY size job including commercial work. I'm so impressed. You would never know they came and went. The yard is spotless! Don't look any further. Just hire Jeff!

.They came earlier in the morning than expected and did a very good job without leaving any debris. They took the time to explain the alternatives of cutting or not cutting the fence and worked on other trees that needed trimming. I felt that the owner was genuinely concerned that I should be glad to have chosen to use his company and I am.

I had two guys come to my yard to do the job....and before they started I had to ask them to leave as I began to feel I would not get my money's worth and would get overcharged. Then I sent great clear pictures to bunch of tree cutters and was not happy with their responses. Finally I called Jeff from OUT ON A LIMB and he picked up the phone (none of the other services did...they call you back one of these days)and said he wanted to come next morning to see the tree, pictures were not good enough for him to accurately be able to quote the job. As soon as he opened his mouth I realized he was extremely skilled and he knew exactly what I wanted...I did not have to tell him one thing....he did not leave out anything that I had wanted him to do. He came the next day and did the job. Came at 8 am and was gone by noon. He left nothing out. When he came he spent 40 minutes preparing equipment and his men for the job. Well that allowed him to go fast and efficiently because he was fully set up and quite efficient and skilled. It seemed more like a planned movie than a tree cutting. He was so smooth and efficient...He knew exactly what to do. He left nothing out. In fact he added many more services that he did not even charge me for.... He cleaned up 100% of the wood, and the dust and the grass mess from my outside yard and my house and the sidewalk in front of the house....you would not only know he ever did a complex job but the house looked NEATER and better than before he came! He got rid of some wood that I had hanging around for ten years, and he even pruned two nearby trees that needed something cut to be safe because he said he wants his customers to be safe. I did not have to tell him one word....like he read my mind and did everything I could possibly have asked him to do. THIS GUY IS GREAT! He came with half a dozen workers and plenty of equipment too. Extremely neat efficient and fast. Yet he left nothing out. He was fast because of his experience, lots of workers and equipment and constant work with no let up not because he was in a rush nor leaving anything out. Yonah was completely satisfied and recommends this guy! And he was the cheapest guy too. Oh, all the other guys scared me with both their playing around with the pricing, and just giving me a sense of not trusting either them nor their abilities but Jeff Ivanicki immediately put me at ease when I met him and he opened his mouth to tell me how he would handle my job.... I shook his hand and said YOU ARE HIRED! I got that much confidence in hearing him talk....He just sounded that smart and honest....Well I was right....when he was doing the job...I never had the urge to complain nor correct nor remind nor ask him to do one thing....he came 8 am and immediately worked like a Robot under my mind control doing everything I could possibly want him to do and MORE SO !!! Soon I was upstairs relaxing not even watching him anymore. And everything we agreed upon....he ended up doing EXTRA more than we had made the deal for...he said while working on the job he realized it needed some extra stuff and he wants the job done right and the customer to be SAFE. I am so glad I picked Jeff and his OUT ON A LIMB company to do the job. It was a big job....he just made it seem easy....yes for HIM it was easy. Yonah was so pleased and all my neighbors thanked me for the wonderful job that Jeff did on my tree that had been bothering my house and their houses too....oh yeah...he cleaned up all their roofs as well !
