I highly recommend Out On a Limb Tree Care. I appreciated the owner keeping his appointments and he and his crew did a great job and cleaned up all of the debris. Affordable and professional.

Out on a Limb Tree Care came out today to take out a large tree that overhung my whole yard and my neighbor's yard. They were very professional, their price was reasonable and they cleaned up everything before they left. If I ever need to have another tree removed, I'll definitely call them.

Fantastic! Jeff initially came to my house to inspect my trees and recommended what needed to be done. His prices were very reasonable. He relayed to me that he would be able to conduct the work within the next two weeks. I was thrilled. Jeff and his crew were very thorough, professional, and polite. They did a great job! Great. Estimate was provided on a Monday and work started on Wednesday. They arrived on time and completed the work in the timeframe noted. Cleaned up the site and were on their way in no time.

Excellent job of removing an overgrown tree from my back yard, at a price that was better than several other estimates. They were also very careful not to damage anything in my yard or house in the process of doing the job. Very prompt, nice people, easy to work with. I'd definitely use them again.

They arrived right on time, and were courteous, professional, and efficient. The work was excellent, and they cleaned up well afterward. We will definitely use them again.

I got 4 quotes for the job and Jeff's quote was the least expensive, in one case by thousands of dollars. When he came to give the quote, Jeff seemed very knowledgable about trees and how the work would be done. He was also very responsive when we were arranging the work. I also asked for the worker's comp proof/insurance, etc and that was shared very quickly. The holly tree that I needed trimmed is a tree I grew up with so I wanted to make sure I chose the right people and it did not get harmed when it was trimmed. I am thrilled with Out on a Limbs work! The tree looks GREAT! In terms of day of: On the day of the job, 4 workers came and had the entire job done and cleaned up in 2 hours. Clean up was great too. They cleaned up the rosin paper that I had put down in my hallway (the tree cuttings had to go through my house as I live in a row house) and they were very mindful of not bumping into doors, etc. When the workers left there was not one leaf left in the house! They also entirely cleaned up the backyard. I would definitely work with Out on a Limb again and I HIGHLY recommend you do too.

Jeff was super professional in every way. From communication, to pricing, to actually doing the job on time. He and his crew removed both trees in an area that was not so easy to work in due to space constraints. His coordination with next door neighbors was great and so was the price. Other tree removal companies looked at the job, told me how big of a job it was, and pretty much scared me off with the price. Not Jeff, he handled the whole job without a fuss. All this work went very well. They cleaned up everything (except blowing got real dusty) and took many acorns with them! Jeff goes out of his way to make the customer happy. He had to climb back up the tree to do something I needed.... no problem! He is friendly, and so are all the team members.

Jeff called back the same day to set up an estimate appointment, arrived on time and gave me a fair price. He had a crew of six here the same week and they arrived promptly, were very professional, courteous, and attentive to what I asked to be done. They allowed me to make specific requests regarding branches and limbs I wanted cut back and dropped. They cleaned up every bit of debris that was left. Living in the Greenbelt of Staten Island for almost 40 years, I have had several tree companies here to do work over the years and there have been times damage was done to the property because of their haste and lack of communication with me. This was NOT the case with Out on a Limb. It was a pleasure doing business with Jeff, John and his crew and I will definitely call them again and highly recommend them to everyone.

Jeff met me at the house to assess the job. He was prompt. His estimate was very fair and he provided me with proof of insurance and workmen's compensation in a timely manner. His crew was in touch with me on the day of service and showed up when promised. They cut down the tree in expert fashion in a very confined area. They cleaned up after themselves well. I was very satisfied.

I was going to have my lawn service trim the trees back but decided to look into a tree service instead. Jeff and his staff were very professional. They cut back even more than I expected. Jeff suggested that a large branch I was going to have cut back just a little, should be cut further back as heavy winter snow could cause the branch to break and cause damage to my roof. I am very happy with the job. They cleaned everything up nicely. I would definitely use Jeff again. The cost was for my small job was $250.

The guys were really amazing! A great job. Professional, efficient and clean. They even made sure not to disturb the flowers in the garden. They kept pruning until the trees were perfect. I could not be happier with the service.

Jeff (owner) and all of his staff could not have been nicer or more professional. We have this huge tree that is surrounded by a screen house in very tight quarters (built by the prior owners). This tree is huge and growing all over own yard and our neighbor's yard as well. Jeff and crew arrived promptly and on the most humid NYC day so far in 2016. The crew worked diligently and really trimmed down the tree making sure not to damage our neighbor's yard or our yard. They cleaned up and did a great and immaculate job. My husband and I are very impressed since we have employed other tree services but this one is really top notch. We would highly recommend this tree service and intend to use them for other tree projects around our home. They are by far the best tree service that we have used in over 25 years of home owning with trees on our property.
