Description of Work: Replaced wood and window screens in Florida room. Powerwashed entire house, as well as free standing shed.

Description of Work: Joe and his crew replaced my old deck with new trex-decking. He was extremely professional, always available by phone for questions and changes we made prior to him starting. He provided pictures of the materials I wanted, went over various color combinations in detail. The deck partially circled my above ground (round) pool and the cuts against it are perfect!. He also built me a bench seat that wrapped with my pool that is absolutely beautiful. I received several estimates prior to selecting a contractor. His pricing beat every competitor by a decent amount. That backed with his reviews on Angie's list made selecting him a no-brainer. I already have other projects I will definitely use him on. I could not give a higher recommendation.

Description of Work: I had my master bathroom renovated and the interior of my home painted.

Description of Work: I contacted a few contractors for estimates but it wasn’t until Joe came over my house that I finally felt comfortable and confident that the job was going to get done right, all the other contractors seemed like they had somewhere else to be, not Joe. He listened at first to all that my wife and I wanted done, then he went into action measuring and explaining exactly what he and his crew was going to do with some incredible ideas that my wife and I loved. Joe and his crew showed up when he said and on time, the work included refinishing of a wooden staircase sanded, stained and polyurethane, installing a hard wood oak floor in the living room with new wood base to match, painting the living room, kitchen and two bedrooms. My wife and I were amazed that all that was done in 4 days with no mess, Joe and his crew cleaned up efficiently as they went along and to my surprise I didn’t see any excess paint anywhere. Everything looks beautiful and we get compliments every time someone visits, Joe was simply the best and now I am very happy that I have someone I can count on and trust for all my future home improvements.

Description of Work: I had an unusable open loft in my town house. The previous home owner had a pullout ladder which was the only way to access to area. In addition to the ladder issue, my bedroom was short on closet space for both my wife and I. Luckily the room was large, so we had the space to work with. Joe came in and drew up an amazing plan utilizing the space we had to add a staircase to access the loft. He created a staircase that features a beautiful railing with spindles and added a walk-in closet for me. He also extended my wife's existing closet by utilizing the new space created underneath the stair case. in her closet, he added shelves and additional storage space which were extremely helpful in solving our storage problem. He also added outside shelves and built the inside of my new walk-in closet. Once completed he polyurethaned the entire stair case, railing and bannister and painted all of the new walls and closets the match our existing color scheme.

Description of Work: Rebuilt a new 2 tier deck for me.

Description of Work: All new doors and moldings in the house. Also took out a window and opened it up to install a door to the yard with a Trex deck and railing.

Description of Work: Built a multi level Trex Deck in my backyard. The size of the deck including around my pool is 20'x40'. He also put light fixtures on all of the posts.
