.They are very good and I am very happy with their advice. They had patience working with us and they made sure everything was right.

.It was a good experience. I had two floors done in my house, I had two different contractors come out and I actually liked the second contractor better.

From start to installation ...........not an issue.....Salesman was polite, professional, easy to work with....Home Depot connection was good, the follow up quick....windows were installed within 4 weeks of the signing of the contract. The installer was polite, professional, and quiet. Everything was cleaned and removed from my house. Would definitely (and have) recommend. November in the northeast has been warm...but the windows seem to be keeping out the noise and air.

We actually have not used the bathtub because it is on a floor that we are not using right now. But so far everything looks good. They did everything they said they were going to do. The guy who installed was good. So they did everything as they were supposed to. I don't have any complaints now about how it was installed or with the salesperson. They came when they said they were going to come. I didn't compare the prices that much. The quality of the workmanship seems okay. It was a long time from the time we ordered it in July to the time it was installed in October. We didn't care because we had a lot of work to do. But I guess if you were in a hurry, then it wouldn't be so great. For us it wasn't a problem. I wanted to use them for the second bathtub but they couldn't do that one.

They gave me a quote of about $18000 for the job. They didn't do any work this time but they had done a good job on the flooring work in the past. I may probably use them in the future.

I went to the store. They input the information into a computer, got a three-dimensional/ 3D model, and got a printout of the same. So, I could see how the work would actually look. They sent someone out to do the measurements, for which they charged $99. The fee charged would be reimbursed if I decide to move forward with them. It was a different experience. The separate independent contractor that they sent out to do the measurements was very good. I decided not to go with this company because they were too expensive. I am still exploring alternatives that I have. I don't remember what their quote was. I would not use them again in the future for the above project.

Very Good experience from start to finish. Prompt, clean and finished on time.

Home Depot is very reliable, very knowledgeable, and they have a guarantee. They guarantee everything: the windows, the panes, and the installation.

HOME DEPOT The gentleman, that came out seemed knowledgeable, and respectful. But he was never able to break the bid down to, what particular services cost, and what kind of money. In which I felt it was a little strange. We didn't end up using them, but we would be willing to get another quote from them sometime. It was very hard to get people so I wound up buying it online. They have almost no help. They need to get more people working in the stores. I would use them again online.

I had one problem after they were done, but they came back over immediately, didn't ask questions and replaced it. They have a lifetime guaruntee for them.

HOME DEPOT was excellent. i have no complaints about them at all. they were reliable, and have good product. i will use them again.

Overall, we are satisfied, Home Depot was cheaper than any competitor and we got decent service for the price. The final look is very good, especially the counter tops (black silestone) which were installed by a subcontractor who did a good job (all level and well set). The cabinet worker was very professional and kind. He finished his work in 3 days. It took approximately 6-8 weeks though to get all the material in (they told us 3-4 weeks initially before we signed the contract!). Home Depot was sometimes difficult to get on the phone and needed to be reminded of payment arrangements (because big corporate structure with centralized calling centers) but overall if was OK. We like the look of the refacing a lot, a couple of imperfections and the doors are actually quite thin. But otherwise we are happy and it is a cheap alternative to redo the whole kitchen.

They were professional, but their price was just not in line with what we wanted to do. They had excellent sales people, I have no complaints at all about this company.

The kitchen remodel was excellent. Their kitchen designer was extraordinary and the company they used for the installation was extraordinarily good. Everything was done very, very precisely, nothing was mis-ordered and all the items necessary to finish the kitchen were provided. It was very little hassle. The house is not yet ready for the carpet.

Inexpensive, arrived on time, cleaned up the garbage, and even offered tips as they were leaving on other slight improvements I can make on the house.

You can complain about whatever issue you want; they will respond to it eventually. Still, we used them out of necessity. Everything eventually got done, but it was painful.

My experiences have been horrible. There is never enough staff there. They are not trained very well and not helpful. They have a limited knowledge of the products. It is a necessary evil. You have to go there. It is a home improvement store and they have these junk little bags that can hold nothing in them.

I started the process about a year and a half before the kitchen project was to begin. I worked with Anthony in the kitchen design center. He was very patient with me and all of my decision changes. We finally decided on a design and color and purchased. The cabinets arrived on time in perfect condition. They fit beautifully, and look great.

THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE TWO WEEKS TO COMPLETE THE ROOF INSTEAD IT TOOK ONE WEEK. I CLIMBED UP ON THE ROOF AND LOOKED AT THE FINISHED PRODUCT AND I WAS SATISFIED. I HAVE NO MORE PROBLEMS WITH THE ROOF LEAKING AND CAUSING THE CARPET TO SPOIL.

I THINK THIS COMPANY IS ALRIGHT. I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE WORK, BUT THE WORKERS ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND LAZY. WE HAD A COUPLE OF DISPUTES WITH THIS COMPANY BUT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

I FEEL THIS IS A DEPENDABLE AND RESPONSIBLE COMPANY. THEY SHOW WHAT IS BEING DONE WHEN THEY ARE REPAIRING THE APPLIANCE. I HAVE NOT HAD ANYMORE PROBLEMS WITH THE STOVE THANKS TO HOME DEPOT.

I AM SO DISGUSTED WITH HOME DEPOT OVER THIS PROJECT WITH THE FIRE EXIT. I HAVE BEEN GIVEN NOTHING BUT THE RUN AROUND OVER A MISMEASURED DOOR, FAILURE TO COMPLETE THE DETAILS OF THE PROJECT AND SHODDY WORKMANSHIP BY THE SUB-CONTRACTOR.

I THINK THIS IS AN ALRIGHT COMPANY. THEIR WAS NOTHING SPECIAL ABOUT THE COMPANY THAT I CAN REMEMBER. THE WORKERS CAME IN, DID THEIR JOB AND LEFT. MY DECK LOOKS ALRIGHT.
