"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. "Hired RJ to do a $50K office renovation over a year ago. After a few months, the new flooring they put down had gaps between the boards and the vinyl floors began to crack. They came back to fix it and month later they cracked again. I chased the owner for months to repair the broken floors since they clearly did not do it right the first (or second) time. After chasing them for 6 months, I finally gave up as they refused to fixed the botched job they did. Very poor quality and even worse customer service - hire someone else who takes pride in their work. Now I have to replace the floor with another contractor, which will cost me another $16K+."
