Description of Work: estimate only.... one appt canceled by christie's. one appt canceled because of hurricane sandy. third appt estimator was due between 9 am and 11 am. he finally came at 2:30 pm. he looked at my garage gave me quotes, tols me mostly what he couldn't do unless he changed all of the old equipment and then asked if i wanted it written down. i was suprised he didn't just write it down. i asked if he was so tied up why didn't he call. i could have rescheduled my day and come back later for the estimate.i have a tight schedule. i don't have time to sit home and rot waiting for contractors. everyone gets stuck. no problem. just let mw know and i'll deal with it. when i called the main office to check the status the staff, although very pleasant, could do nothing but send a text to the estimator. needless to say i won't be using this firm for the work. if i can't find a contractor i will let the doors fall apart before i call them again. extremely unprofessional.

Sir, Your unpleasant experience with our company is something we go to great lengths to avoid. As the owner of the company I personally review every estimate. You are correct that the scheduling conflict was ours and of course Super Storm Sandy hit the day of your new appointment. From that point on we worked 7 days a week for almost 9 months and we did put Sandy victims first. This is no excuse but simply an explanation of events.
