Russ was really nice. He was one of the top rated on Angie's List. He had great customer service and he got me in right away. He was really fair about not charging me too much and he said that if I started having problems again in less than 30 days, he would use that $80 towards the cost of further repairs. The $80 was sort of a consultation fee and he tried to fix a couple of things. There was nothing that he could have done to improve the service.

Well, 2pm came and went without any calls from them stating they would be late. We called them at 2:30 and they said someone will be there in 40 minutes. We canceled the service call and will find another provider.

My ice maker fell apart and Russ repaired it. It fell apart again within days. Russ said the ice maker needed to be replaced. He ordered and installed the replacement.

I had to play phone tag a few times with Russ, but when we finally hooked up he was able to come to my house at the best time for me. He diagnosed an repaired the problem very quickly. He was done in less than 30 minutes. The oven is now working even better than when we first moved into the house. This has been one of the best repair experiences I have had.

Russ was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He called me back right away, made an appointment for 2 days later, and showed up on time. His pricing for labor was much lower than the factory-authorized service. I would definitely use him again.

He then refused payment and accepted (under duress) $20. * NOTE: On a previous call (also outstanding work) initial contact was frustrating and difficult. Russ now responds to calls within a much more reasonable time so the whole experience was excellent.

He was great! The service was great, he was knowledgable. And the price was reasonable.

Russ was very professional and personable. Most importantly he very clearly stated what the issue was and fixed it. That's important to me because it will help me troubleshoot the problem myself if I see it again. That's the sign of somebody who is willing to help you and isn't just looking to make a quick buck. If I have issues on any other small appliances I would definitely contact this service provider again.

I emailed Russ about a loose knob on a Viking Stove. He got back to me right away, and asked for a picture or video before he made the house call. He saw the problem was minor and instructed me on how to fix it. And saved me the $125 on the house call! Fantastic.

I contacted the Owner Russ directly through the Angie's List website and he got back to me very quickly. Once we squared away the details of what the issue was, we set up an appointment for the service call. He contacted me before he came so I knew when to expect him (exactly as he said he would), and he was right on time. He and his assistant were polite, professional and cordial - even at the end of what had been a very long day. They handled the repair quickly, professionally, and ultimately perfectly, because the dryer is now working as it did prior to the issue. They cleaned up their workspace, and made sure that everything was in working order before they left. The price was more than fair, and I could not give them a higher recommendation. Russ is a true professional. I'm happy to have worked with him, and I would not hesitate to contact him in the future or recommend him to friends or family.

Due to the winter storm we were receiving, I did not expect Russ to come for our scheduled appointment; however, none-the-less, he showed up timely and promptly fixed the dryer. Excellent service and I would certainly use this company again.

My GE Spectra oven was constantly getting an F2 error alert anytime the temperature went above 350 degrees. Russ ordered a new thermostat part and as soon it came in, gave me a call to schedule an appointment.He came yesterday on time, even in this snowy weather and provided me with excellent and courteous service. He even gave me some pointers on my appliance I was unaware of.

Microwave was malfunctioning intermittently. Russ took a look at it and said it was the control panel that needed to be replaced and that we would be better off getting a new microwave due to the expense of the part. Said he would call us with price of a new control panel which he did. He said in the meantime when it malfunctions to unplug it then plug it back it. We appreciated his honesty. The service charge of $50was very reasonable.

Great! Russ fixed everything. The back burner was not working & the electric grill was not switching off. He also inserted screws that had been left out by previous installation "attempt". Communication was great, he was punctual, very professional & I have to say it was the first time in NYC dealing with "professionals" working on my apartment that I felt I have paid a fair price for a job well done.

Had no hot water coming into the washing machine. Russ assessed and troubleshot the problem and solved in five minutes. Happened to be a problem with a flood-sensor (attached to the machine in case the water leaks) and not the machine itself, but the issue was solved quickly. Russ was straightforward, nice and got right to work. A pleasure to deal with and would definitely call again.

He found that he had to replace the pump and had the part right there with him He was able to quote a competitive price right on the spot and replace the pump immediately. He completed the work within 30 minutes to my complete satisfaction. He was polite and professional.

Woman who took my phone call did not say Russ was in Brooklyn (I'm in Staten Island) and that I would be last in schedule, only that he would arrive after 2PM. He didn't come until after 5. However, he was wonderful. Diagnosis was quick, repair done in minutes and with Angies list discount and senior citizen discount (which he offered without my knowing it was available) the cost was more than reasonable. I can't imagine a more satisfactory service call and will use the service again whenever needed. NOTE: It is difficult to make initial contact. Phone is not answered promptly

He was so sweet and amusing about the whole thing that I didn't really mind the stupidity of my mistake. This is a real pesron, and I'll definitely call him next time.

Russ was friendly and professional. he definately knows his proession and borh my husband and I were extremely satisfied with his work.

The repairman and his associate fixed my oven quickly by installing a new igniter switch. He explained that this part wears out eventually and needs to be changed like a light bulb. He also worked on a burner for which he has to order a part. He will come back in a week or so when the part comes in. He was very pleasant and informative. His price was excellent. I will not hesitate to call him again. I recommend him highly. Thank you Angie's List!

Very well. What's more, Russ taught me how to avoid similar problems in the future.

Arrived on time, completed repair in 1 hour, left kitchen clean and orderly.

The water reservoir was leaking. They came out and installed a new reservoir. They did a very good job. They were very courteous, clean and neat. They even cleaned my refridgerator and checked the settings for me.
