It was an excellent repair. Arsen was truly wonderful and prompt. I called and the person who answered was nice. They sent Arsen right away for an estimate. He did the work a few days. When he was presented with the bigger problem of a broken bed, he came up with a great idea to fabricate the parts needed. He came back and completed the job. The owner even called to find out how we were satisfied. He did a great job.

dresser track broke - it was all wood. instead of replacing wood, technician glued it back on. service was good. Booking, estimate, punctuality, communiciation was excellent.

Well - only better if they were able to do it at a cheaper price.

Needed to have slats on my king size bed repaired & reinforced. Serviceman was on time, very professional, informed me of the exact price before beginning repairs. He did a great job & cleaned up the area before departing.

They did such a good job on the chair repairs that I can't even tell that it had been broken. I was actually looking for the damage and still couldn't tell it had been broken. It was just an amazing job. I'm getting ready to use them again to repair a French chair.

The paragraph above describes my experience. Very pleased. I was expecting out of town visitors so that it was very important to have the cabinet repaired and rehung properly and quickly.

All Furniture was very professional from start to finish. They scheduled the appointment on the phone, and followed up with detailed emails to confirm all relevant details: date, 3 hour time range in which the technicial was expected, and estimated costs based on my description of the necessary repairs. On the day of service, the technician arrived at the earliest time of the promised time range. Due to a mixup on our part, no one was able to greet him for over 20 minutes. Despite this, the tech was extremely pleasant and understanding. He examined all the pieces carefully, and went over his proposed solutions, costs, and what the repairs would and would not entail. The completed repairs were very well done. Our most damaged piece - a heavy mahogany coffee table with a splintered leg and missing pieces - now looks brand new and is sturdier than when we first bought the piece. We plan to use them again for additional repairs.

From start to finish, it went well. The repairman was knowledgeable and courteous. I was able to send photos of the damage so they could provide an estimate prior to arriving. He was considerate and listened to my ideas and worked quickly. I would hire this company again.

Repaired dining room chairs. Was punctual, did the service at the moment and the price was excellent compared to other companies.

We had some issues with them, but the owner promptly called to apologize and offer to fix the problem. The company seems to care about customer satisfaction.

I found All Furniture Svcs online and saw they were on Angie's List and not far from where I live. I contacted them and was able to send pictures of my broken sofa bed. In a couple of days I received an estimate from them and was able to get an appt. to meet my schedule. Customer Service contacted me 2 days prior and 1 day before confirming appt. On appt. date, I appreciated call from repairman on estimated time he would arrive at my home. Once he arrived with his assistant, he assessed sofa bed and asked how damage had occurred. He said fees would normally be higher given it was a sofa bed and proceeded to call the office. Repairman said he would try to honor estimate given to me earlier, although it would be on the high end. Once he confirmed charge with the office, he asked for my approval. I gave my ok, and he proceeded to explain scope of work needed to repair my sofa bed. Repairman and assistant were both professional and tried to work with price estimate given to me prior. The lead repairman was quite knowledgeable on sofa beds and answered all my questions. Before leaving my home, he made sure my sofa was put back together with cushions and made sure I was satisfied with repair. I would recommend All Furniture Services.

Overall it was excellent, they came on time for the estimate on the work to be done. The day of the work being done they arrived 1/2 hour later than the window of time (1:30 - 4:30pm). The job took 2 hours to complete and it was an excellent job done!

Initially, there was some confusion because several different people were involved. Once I toured their operation, and had several in-depth conversations with two knowledgable employees, the job went smoothly. As I understand what was done, the entire piece was stipped to bare wood and then a finish similar to the original applied. This desk was made in 1965 to match an older 4-drawer chest. The resulting new finish matched the chest very well. The final price was a little more than I expected to spend, but the outcome was worth the cost. The movers were extremely competent. The coordination of pick-up and delivery was great. These are wonderful people to do business with and the quality of their work is outstanding.

He was on time! They were wonderful! He explained everything to me and did a marvelous job! He was so skilled!

I called him and he came right away the next day! I didn’t have to take the piece of furniture anywhere and didn’t have to do anything. He came over to the house and restored it at my home. It looks wonderful now. I am very pleased with their service.

I sent photos of one chair and received an estimate by phone and made an appointment. I was called the day before to confirm and narrow the time frame. The technician arrived on time. He gave me good advice about what to repair now and what was probably not worth it. He finished the job in about 2 hours and left no mess at all - no sawdust or anything. I am very pleased with the service and will happily recommend them to friends.

Our recliner was broken and was no longer usable. One person quoted us several hundred dollars to repair the chair at his shop. We found this service and made an appointment. He charged us $140 and we tipped him $45. He showed up on time. He repaired the chair in our home in under two hours. He didn't make a mess and was very polite and professional. We would definitely use the service again.

I emailed an inquiry and photos of the pieces to Mikayal and got an immediate response and estimate. Scheduling the work was equally speedy. I was very pleased with the results. The technician, Magdi, and his associate actually got stuck in snow for a while at the address where they picked up the items, but they remained pleasant and good natured about it, which impressed me. They handled the furniture carefully, and completed the work very capably. I received a follow-up phone call from the main office to make sure I was satisfied, and a detailed receipt. This company seems very attentive to customer service, and I would definitely recommend them!

Have Omni wall unit from 1960's with drop-front cabinets two of which had started to fall down because of overload. Appropriate hardware to rehang cabinets no longer are made. Person working for All Furniture assessed problem and with available hardware hung one cabinet then contacted another person to help him with second cabinet. Together they were able to hang that cabinet as well without the original hardware. Am very satisfied with work done. Person was very professional, punctual and performed good quality work! So was his assistant.

I was very satisfied with their work! They used their ingenuity to make the frame fit. I would definitely use them again in the future.

A curteous repair man showed up and looked over the pieces to be repaired and then ran out to his truck and hardware store around the corner, returned, and fixed the ottoman. He had to measure the drawer bottom, could not find the right stuff at the local hardware store and came back the following week to finish the job. Do's: find a place for the repair dude to work because there was alot of dust!

They were on time, polite, professional, very careful, and did a great job.
