Great! The price was more than I wanted to pay but they were responsive when I emailed and called. They arrived on time and were finished in under an hour. Plus he recommended something for another piece of furniture that we should buy and use without trying to get us to purchase from them.

They repaired a headboard and footboard of my bed damaged by a mattress delivery. You can't even tell the damage was there! A beautiful job. They were also very professional, prompt and courteous. Would definitely use them again!

I thought the price was a little bit high. However, the mechanic who responded was prompt, courteous, and technically proficient. The repair was done in house so as to avoid the hassle of removal and return of the furniture. Overall I was very pleased.

Scott arrived on time. He explained after seeing the problem that the bed was worth saving. If he had not felt that it was worth the repair, he would have said so because he felt it would come back on him when the bed broke again. He spent about 75 minutes and used screws instead of nails which was a wiser choice. I was very satisfied with the repair. I had to do a little clean-up when he finished. He probably could have cleaned up. My only small concern was a misunderstanding about the $40.00 service charge. I was under the impression that the service charge would be part of the final cost if the work was done, not a separate charge. In short, I was very pleased with his repair work. We discussed having him return to address another piece of furniture which needed repair. He would have worked on it the same day, but I was not interested at the time.

I rented out my home in Connecticut for financial reasons. The couple who rented the house severely damaged the finish on a built-in, custom-made cherry bookcase I have in the foyer. I found All Services on Angie's List and gave them a call. They were responsive, puntual, and very thorough. The gentleman who came to my house took extensive photos so their estimate would be as close to the actual cost as possible. I would definitely use this company again.

They were very professional. First I sent my service request though Angie's List complete with photographs of the pieces that needed work done. Then they called me to set up an appointment and gave me a ball park estimate, but said that could change when the service men came if the job expanded. It seems many people order more repair work than originally contracted for after the men arrive, and then want the new repairs to fall under the original cost (for free) in my case the price stayed the same. He photographed what needed to be done, called his office to confirm the price, parked his car and returned with large bags of repair equipment and another service man. One worked on the chair, the other worked on the piano. When the job was done, they took photos of the repairs, I paid them by check, signed a receipt and they left. I was very, very pleased. In fact I will, now that I know how able this place is, I will look around for other areas in our apartment that could use some sprucing up and repair.

They have been very good. I have been very happy with them. They made one minor mistake, but they came back and repaired it. They were very good and they get top marks. They were very responsive. The quality of their work was very good. I have nothing negative to say.

They did a great job! Our kitchen table looks and feels brand new. They were able to get rid of all the maple syrup. Very courteous, pleasant and professional. Flexible when scheduling appointment.

The company was immediately responsive to our request. A technician was scheduled to assess the requirements for a $40 consultation fee. He was prompt and helpful and seemed quite knowledgeable about the situation. He said a cleaning would probably suffice but, if we weren't happy with the results, the chair could be repainted. We made an appointment for a cleaning. The same technician came on time and completed the job efficiently and quickly. We decided the cleaning was fine. The fee was $255 as originally quoted.

They were good on the cabinet that I had done. That was good. They did a good job. I would use them again if I needed to.

Very happy. Found them through Angie's list, they came to my house in Central NJ (even though based in NY!) and took the back off an overstuffed/upholstered chair that wouldn't fit through a doorway to the 3rd floor of our house where we wanted it. I saw them do the work - it was definitely complicated, and the main worker (Luis) and his helper did a great job: this was a newer chair, fully upholstered, and they took it apart, took part of the back off so it would fit, and put the whole thing back together in under an hour!. I gave a B on price, because it was probably about a 45 minute/hour job, and given that there wasn't any materials involved, the charge is along the lines of what a lawyer charges -- BUT that does seem to be the going rate (I read some articles about other companies in NYC that do this kind of thing, one of which has mixed reviews on Angie's List for professionalism, hence why I stayed away from him) and they did a top-notch job. They got to my house when they said they would, and scheduled the apptmt just 2 days after I called. Thank you!

The woooden kitchen table and chairs were worn, stained and dirty. The service man arrived on time, provided us with a good estimate of the services that could be provided at different price points, and proceeded to complete the work in a prompt and professional manner.

HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING AND DID IT!

I called to make an appointment and spoke with a very helpful receptionist and told her what I needed (including swatches of fabric). We made the appointment and the technician phoned to tell me he would be fifteen minutes late and then arrived with swatches in hand. He was VERY helpful and easy to deal with. We set a due date; on that date the chair arrived. Period. The technician seemed to be as happy with the results as I. This is a very, very easy company with which to deal. I was just blown away by how easy they made it all. Bravo to them!

Parts needed were not available so the carpenter custom made wood sliders and installed them. The first time he came the wood pieces were too thin. He was very tuned into the quality of the job. He kept looking at the result and shaking his head. So we rescheduled for the next evening and Scott showed up after putting in a full day. He finished up after one and a half hours and was happy with the result, as was I.

Very well. The serviceman was prompt, prepared, cordial and informative. He quickly diagnosed the problem, had the right tools and parts to repair the problem, and the price was appropriate for the work.

The tech arrived and examined the chair and took it part (this entailed separating the back and removing the mechanism. I was then given the mechanism to send back to its manufacturer for a replacement. When that came, I called and was given another appointment and the tech came back out and completely reassembled the mechanism and the chair. The chair has worked perfectly since and we were very pleased with the work.

Pretty simple I called to make sure he was there, dropped my chair off. He called when it was done I picked it up on a Saturday

I contacted them with an urgent request and they never responded, I would not use them for anything.

They were great and helped us a lot. I did a lot of the stuff over the phone. I sent them photos back and forth of some furniture and they were really responsive and helpful. They were able to come out and see it. It's a large piece that would have to be disassembled and taken in and brought back. We still might be getting it done. The response and the help I've gotten so far has been really good, so I would recommend them.

Very well. The repairman was prompt and courteous. At the time I booked the appointment, I was given an approximate time. As promised, a representative of the company called me the day before the scheduled service to provide a refined time frame and that time frame was accurate!

Initially there was a scheduling error on their part as I tried to have table repaired two weeks prior, however, they came through and did repair timely and complete. Good communication by phone, also was able to text or email photo and description of problem so they had some idea what the issue was before they came to house.

On time, helpful, and fix has held up very well.

The issue about the recliner wasn't completely resolved because the problem was unfortunately I tore off the paper that says you should not ever remove it. Unfortunately I had the information that they needed to get the part that had the serial number and the style number on it and I said I had the chair for over 10 years and that was just like the blue had just turned all yellow and dried out so i just thought to remove it. The recliner was not repaired but I do have some small things that did get done and it was fine. After the small repairs done and the man left, I got a call the next day from the owner and he gave me some more information to help me try and found out what part of the recliner was needed. He tried to help me anyway he could. He tried but it just didn't work out but it shows that he cares about his customers. He went out his way to help me anyway he could. I have some other things I wanted to get done and I would be calling them again soon.
