Air Rescue

I highly recommended Air Rescue for all of you HVAC needs. They originally responded to my service call promptly. After assessing the issue with my 16 year old system (which they originally installed in 2005) I was given a few options and decided to replace both units. Within two days they had a full crew at my house installing both units. I was impressed with their timeliness and attention to detail. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed by Air Rescue and the services they supply.

Air Rescue had a hot balloon flying around Staten Island advertising their services and I contacted them for the first time to perform my HVAC yearly tune up. They BY FAR surpass any other local company that I have had out to my home. It is very clear that they work with integrity and have the customers best interests at hand. They made reasonable and accurate recommendations and provided me with all the information necessary to consider 2 new systems for my 10 year old HVAC systems that are failing and by far NOT energy efficient. The installation was smooth and seamless and they installers were respectful of my and my home. I am now scheduled for a plumbing AND electrical inspection from this great company. They have a customer for life after the experiences I have had with every department.

Air Rescue replaced two HVAC systems and some duct work in my new home. They truly did an amazing job and were the most pleasant an respectful of any contractors I have worked with. The systems work well and as designed.

They over charge The people are so disrespectful. They did not finish the job. And when I tried to reach out to their Boss.They hung up on me. They are unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anybody. Poor service

Air Rescue's serviceman did a great job servicing our Carrier unit this spring. We are enjoying the cool this summer thanks to the professional, efficient service. Appreciate this company.

Air Rescue made the replacement of our furnace a simple yet reliable task. The sales rep guided us through the selection of the proper model to suit our home and the installation crew was on-time, professional and safe. Air Rescue installed the original equipment when we built our house and we have always trusted them to service and repair our system.

I've used Air Rescue for at least 7 years. They services the old HVAC that came with the house and when it was time they installed the new HVAC. And every season the perform the preventative maintenance. The technicians are always polite, friendly and thorough. The office staff is very helpful. I have no complaints!

Very good service. Tech was knowledgeable and courteous. I had a furnace check done and will have them check ac in spring. Tech wore a mask and shoe coverings.

Chris was the man and he had his mask and shoe covers ready to assess my AC unit. Not only was he extremely personable, his knowledge base and professionalism was superb. He helped diagnose the problem and helped fix the issue. I was so impressed that I immediately signed up for the biannual maintenance program. Thanks Chris for all of your help before the heatwave! An excellent experience start to finish with Air Rescue. The sales person, was great to work with to setup the job. She was always returned phone calls and texts, and provided an estimate on the spot. Chris, the lead tech, and his crew were professional, efficient and performed a quality installation that works great. I am happy they do all the work in house unlike some of their competitors, so the job was done in one day. Price wise, they are right in the middle of the pack and they are worth it.

So thankful for this company's technician. He's the only one who did a great job dealing with my ac heating repair needs. Everything was checked and fixed within an hour of service. I found out that he's professional and expert for he just carried out the problem easily. I liked the quality of the repair. The pricing was also economical. Highly recommended company.

Great Service. After days of waiting for another company to even call me back to schedule an appointment, I gave these guys a call, they came the same day. Chris was very knowledgeable, he took one look at it, immediately knew what the problem was and had my AC working in just about an hour.

Very professional, very prompt, and clearly know their stuff. I learned that my system was running with almost undetectable amounts of coolant and that my motor was about to die. This was my first AC call in the 7 years I have owned the house (was new). AC is WAAAAY cooler (and therefore runs way less often to maintain temp. Big win. Also, they wear masks, boots etc. and leave no trace of being here. A+

David and the team did a great installation of our new furnace and AC. They were professional, quick, and masked up, and it was a pleasure to work with them. They made it very easy on us! I was very pleased to get a visit and estimate the day after I called, and installation immediately after that. Air Rescue came highly recommended, and they lived up to the high expectations. These guys are awesome. My HVAC was 25 years old and my AC went out and I got a fast affordable estimate for an entirely new system. Chris and his crew installed it in ONE day, showed up right on time and finished the job right on time! They replaced EVERYTHING and took care of getting rid of all of my old equipment and left the cleaner than it was. I HIGHLY recommend these guys!

This company is just a great company to use: always friendly, communicates well, the office does their job well , and Chris is a one of the best I've ever seen. I wait for his schedule because he knows his stuff. I do their yearly maintenance and it's worth it.

My entire experience with them was great starting from the call to schedule a tech to come out. They installed an entire system from nothing in one day. Good communication and response time. Cleaned up afterwards. I will use them for my system maintenance.

The service was amazing. My A\C went out on Sunday, he came out and replaced the entire unit on Tuesday. This whole team was professional. They came out early and were done by 12noon. I highly recommend this company.
