These guys are very professional, know everything about anything with heating and air conditioning, they're willing to help, they go above and beyond, they work clean and in a timely fashion, I would recommend to anyone, an awesome experience every time!

Chris is extremely helpful. He came by to do an estimate and had great advice. It was clear that he knew a lot about furnaces and ducts and can be trusted. A few things are left to do before the work can be done, and I look forward to having him do the work soon. I highly recommend him.

This company was recommend by a neighbor who had previously used them. Out of the three bids I collected, Air Rescue was on the higher end, however the quality of work and high level of customer service was well worth it. The crew was courteous and professional. The owner of the company stopped by the job several times to check on the progress of the project. The project was completed three days ahead of schedule.

No one showed up for the service. The guy I spoke to was a super nice guy and we chatted and confirmed a time for the service. He said I would get a call from his office confirming my appt. When that didnt happen, I called a few days before the service and spoke to the same guy again who said he thought I was going to call his office to confirm. I don't have his office's number. He confirmed a window of time from 10-12 and it is now 12. I called twice at 11:50am to see what was going on with my appt, once I was disconnected/hung up on, the second time I went to voicemail.

Air Rescue did a great AC repair job at my daughter's condo. The repair technician was prompt, very polite and professional. He had the right equipment and tools to get the job done. I would recommend them to everyone who needs a urgent HVAC repair.

I highly recommended Air Rescue for all of you HVAC needs. They originally responded to my service call promptly. After assessing the issue with my 16 year old system (which they originally installed in 2005) I was given a few options and decided to replace both units. Within two days they had a full crew at my house installing both units. I was impressed with their timeliness and attention to detail. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed by Air Rescue and the services they supply.

We were very impressed with how quickly a technician was sent to our home to correct our problem. Once They arrived, they diagnosed what was wrong and fixed it immediately. They also had a wealth of knowledge and was able to sign us up for the yearly Preventative Maintenance Plan that the company offers. We look forward to a long relationship with Air Rescue and Chris.

Air Rescue had a hot balloon flying around Staten Island advertising their services and I contacted them for the first time to perform my HVAC yearly tune up. They BY FAR surpass any other local company that I have had out to my home. It is very clear that they work with integrity and have the customers best interests at hand. They made reasonable and accurate recommendations and provided me with all the information necessary to consider 2 new systems for my 10 year old HVAC systems that are failing and by far NOT energy efficient. The installation was smooth and seamless and they installers were respectful of my and my home. I am now scheduled for a plumbing AND electrical inspection from this great company. They have a customer for life after the experiences I have had with every department.

Air Rescue replaced two HVAC systems and some duct work in my new home. They truly did an amazing job and were the most pleasant an respectful of any contractors I have worked with. The systems work well and as designed.

They over charge The people are so disrespectful. They did not finish the job. And when I tried to reach out to their Boss.They hung up on me. They are unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anybody. Poor service

Air Rescue made the replacement of our furnace a simple yet reliable task. The sales rep guided us through the selection of the proper model to suit our home and the installation crew was on-time, professional and safe. Air Rescue installed the original equipment when we built our house and we have always trusted them to service and repair our system.

Very good service. Tech was knowledgeable and courteous. I had a furnace check done and will have them check ac in spring. Tech wore a mask and shoe coverings.

I've used Air Rescue for at least 7 years. They services the old HVAC that came with the house and when it was time they installed the new HVAC. And every season the perform the preventative maintenance. The technicians are always polite, friendly and thorough. The office staff is very helpful. I have no complaints!

Chris was the man and he had his mask and shoe covers ready to assess my AC unit. Not only was he extremely personable, his knowledge base and professionalism was superb. An excellent experience start to finish with Air Rescue. The sales person, was great to work with to setup the job. She was always returned phone calls and texts, and provided an estimate on the spot. Chris, the lead tech, and his crew were professional, efficient and performed a quality installation that works great. I am happy they do all the work in house unlike some of their competitors, so the job was done in one day. Price wise, they are right in the middle of the pack and they are worth it.

So thankful for this company's technician. He's the only one who did a great job dealing with my ac heating repair needs. Everything was checked and fixed within an hour of service. I found out that he's professional and expert for he just carried out the problem easily. I liked the quality of the repair. The pricing was also economical. Highly recommended company.

Great Service. After days of waiting for another company to even call me back to schedule an appointment, I gave these guys a call, they came the same day. Chris was very knowledgeable, he took one look at it, immediately knew what the problem was and had my AC working in just about an hour.

Very professional, very prompt, and clearly know their stuff. I learned that my system was running with almost undetectable amounts of coolant and that my motor was about to die. This was my first AC call in the 7 years I have owned the house (was new). AC is WAAAAY cooler (and therefore runs way less often to maintain temp. Big win. Also, they wear masks, boots etc. and leave no trace of being here. A+
