Chris and Emily have come through for me big time over the years. Most recently came to my house at 8:00 at night to get the AC on so my 1 year old wouldn't have to sweat through the night. Honest hard working people.

Our air conditioning wasn't working, and didn't present easily. The two terrific guys who came out on the call, the same day, worked with it until the could get it to fail as it had for us. They were thorough, efficient, and very nice to work with. I would be happy to call them for all our air and heating needs, and I would happily recommend them to anyone, and will!

Air Rescue was everything the reviews raved about. They were punctual, communicative, and they repaired my AC part for a very fair price. I'm very glad that I went with my gut and listened to the reviews. Give this guys a call!

We had an issue with our exhaust fan in our kitchen. Chris was very honest in telling us that we didn't need him or anyone else to come out, that we could even buy and install the parts ourself. He then sent us the link of what to buy and video on how to install. Above and beyond service!

We have used ONLY Air Rescue since we purchased our home 20 years ago. We have NEVER been disappointed with their work. They have never tried to sell us parts we didn't need. During one of our seasonal visits (we do 2 a year) the technician let us know there was a part that will need repaired soon. He let us know we could wait until the next visit, it should easily make it that far before needing repair. The next time he came he said we could wait another visit if we needed to. We waited through 4 visits before it became essential. He didn't have to be honest with us, we didn't know any different. When it came time to get a new air conditioner, he was very honest with us and didn't even try to sell us the biggest unit. He went through the capabilities of each unit and how it would effect our home and then let us choose. Absolutely no pressure. I can not say enough good things about this company. Even the customer service is stellar. They actually answer the phone, and do so promptly and are so polite when we call. You will not be disappointed with this company.

We had a great experience with Air Rescue NY. They replaced our central ac units. Would highly recommend them. They were on time and very professional. They clean up after them. We are completely satisfied with their service.

I just moved to NYC from NJ and not just was Air Rescue was so amazing and helpful! I bought a new condo in Hoboken and they advised me on exactly what I needed and how I was able to save the most money, when every other company servicing Hoboken was CLEARLY just trying to sell me. Chris showed up early on time with his crew that were very professional and knew exactly what they where doing. Any questions that I had about my installation Chris and his crew took the time to explain to me. Air rescue used top grade equipment and installed it perfectly. I got two estimates before choosing installation and Chris gave me the best price. Do not even second guess hiring this company you will not be disappointed. Very happy customer

Chris is awesome! Our heater stopped working last evening. Called the company who installed it but they were booked solid for a week. Called AR, got an appointment immediately. Chris showed up as told, inspected the heater and within a few minutes he found out that a tarp on our roof was blocking the exhaust of the heater and so it was not able to ignite. Before I know it, our heater was on and working! I also had another question about some water dripping in our crawlspace while the heater is working. Chris, very patiently explained to me the reason for that and assured me that there is nothing wrong with my heater. Highly professional and a courteous person!

I had Chris come out today , February 1st, 2022. He found the issue and fixed it very fast. (I had had another company come out and their guy couldn't solve the problem). Chris saw the problem, went to the truck and got the part. In less than 5 minutes the part was installed and the air-conditioner was blowing air again! It is nice to have a tech that knows what their doing!

Honest and helpful. I called for a quote and it turned out I wasn't in his service area. He still answered all my questions. He then called me back the next day with a referral for my service area. All of this and he gained nothing. I can't speak to his work product, but he sure was honest and helpful - two essential traits. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with him.

These guys are very professional, know everything about anything with heating and air conditioning, they're willing to help, they go above and beyond, they work clean and in a timely fashion, I would recommend to anyone, an awesome experience every time!

Chris is extremely helpful. He came by to do an estimate and had great advice. It was clear that he knew a lot about furnaces and ducts and can be trusted. A few things are left to do before the work can be done, and I look forward to having him do the work soon. I highly recommend him.

This company was recommend by a neighbor who had previously used them. Out of the three bids I collected, Air Rescue was on the higher end, however the quality of work and high level of customer service was well worth it. The crew was courteous and professional. The owner of the company stopped by the job several times to check on the progress of the project. The project was completed three days ahead of schedule.

No one showed up for the service. The guy I spoke to was a super nice guy and we chatted and confirmed a time for the service. He said I would get a call from his office confirming my appt. When that didnt happen, I called a few days before the service and spoke to the same guy again who said he thought I was going to call his office to confirm. I don't have his office's number. He confirmed a window of time from 10-12 and it is now 12. I called twice at 11:50am to see what was going on with my appt, once I was disconnected/hung up on, the second time I went to voicemail.

Air Rescue did a great AC repair job at my daughter's condo. The repair technician was prompt, very polite and professional. He had the right equipment and tools to get the job done. I would recommend them to everyone who needs a urgent HVAC repair.

I highly recommended Air Rescue for all of you HVAC needs. They originally responded to my service call promptly. After assessing the issue with my 16 year old system (which they originally installed in 2005) I was given a few options and decided to replace both units. Within two days they had a full crew at my house installing both units. I was impressed with their timeliness and attention to detail. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed by Air Rescue and the services they supply.

We were very impressed with how quickly a technician was sent to our home to correct our problem. Once They arrived, they diagnosed what was wrong and fixed it immediately. They also had a wealth of knowledge and was able to sign us up for the yearly Preventative Maintenance Plan that the company offers. We look forward to a long relationship with Air Rescue and Chris.

Air Rescue had a hot balloon flying around Staten Island advertising their services and I contacted them for the first time to perform my HVAC yearly tune up. They BY FAR surpass any other local company that I have had out to my home. It is very clear that they work with integrity and have the customers best interests at hand. They made reasonable and accurate recommendations and provided me with all the information necessary to consider 2 new systems for my 10 year old HVAC systems that are failing and by far NOT energy efficient. The installation was smooth and seamless and they installers were respectful of my and my home. I am now scheduled for a plumbing AND electrical inspection from this great company. They have a customer for life after the experiences I have had with every department.

Air Rescue replaced two HVAC systems and some duct work in my new home. They truly did an amazing job and were the most pleasant an respectful of any contractors I have worked with. The systems work well and as designed.

They over charge The people are so disrespectful. They did not finish the job. And when I tried to reach out to their Boss.They hung up on me. They are unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anybody. Poor service

Air Rescue's serviceman did a great job servicing our Carrier unit this spring. We are enjoying the cool this summer thanks to the professional, efficient service. Appreciate this company.
