Awesome service! They replaced my thermostat with the features I wanted. Super nice guys. Very thorough and very clean. I appreciated everything about them and will use them in the future. They're the best!!!

So lucky to have Chris service my AC unit today. My husband noticed some exhaust-like smell a couple of days ago so I booked a maintenance appointment with Air Rescue. Chris was thorough, explained everything, honest about his recommendations and went above and beyond. This is a HVAC business run by Chris and Emily and I really appreciated the friendly, trusty service.

We were looking to add A/C to our house and redo the ductwork. They showed up the very next day after contacting them and gave us a quote. So helpful answering all of our questions! The quote was very reasonable and there were no surprises during the job either. We paid what they quoted. They even suggested getting a new furnace and moving it from the hall to the attic. They originally said it would be a three day job and they finished it in two days. They were hard working, cleaned up after themselves, and the system is so much quieter than we thought. Great business and we could not be happier that we chose them!

I had an issue with high pitched noise coming from my air return. Requested service with Air Rescue, was booked for an appointment next morning 7.30am! Chris was excellent! He showed up on time, diagnosed the issue in detail, checked everything in my AC unit and provided honest feedback. I'm pleased with the prompt service provided. Price is reasonable too. Highly recommend this company for all HVAC issues.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Air Rescue, and I have to say that my experience was top-notch. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They arrived on time, assessed the problem quickly, and provided me with a clear explanation of what needed to be done.

Hurray! It's always nice to have a go-to contractor and now I have a HVAC company that I can highly recommend for all my heating and air conditioning needs! After feeling like I was being over-charged and under-serviced with my prior HVAC company, Air Rescue is literally a breath of fresh air! I found Air Rescue by searching on Angi and after reading their many excellent reviews I decided to try them for myself and am so glad that I did! These are a few of the many reasons why Air Rescue is now my HVAC company of choice and I highly recommend them: 1) Timely scheduling/repairs: I was able to get an appointment that suited my schedule very easily. Then I appreciated that they searched around Orange County to find the part locally so that they could complete the repair ASAP 2) Excellent Technician: Chris was very knowledgeable, nice and professional. You could tell he knew what he was doing and I felt confident in his abilities. He solved my cooling problem and he was also empathetic in wanting to help me. Chris wore shoe booties to keep my home clean and when getting up into the attic caused some dust to drift down to the floor he offered to clean it up. Chris also cleaned the area where he accessed my attic which was much appreciated. 3) Great prices: Sometimes I feel like I'm getting charged the Premium when other contractors see my address and feel like they can charge me more based on my zip code but Air Rescue Heating & Air truly was Air Rescue and charged me a very fair rate which was actually less that what I paid at the prior HVAC company I used Overall it's always the best thing when a company can fix your problem quicker than expected and also for less money than expected - and with kind, knowledgeable, experienced employees it's really the perfect combination and that's why I highly recommend Air Rescue!

Best of the best even doe they where 100 times more expensive then others we chose them because you get what you pay for so that made sense paying 5 times what 4 other contractors quotes we felt as nothing would go wrong with the price if you think alike hire them pay for what you get. Can't recommend these guys enough. They are responsive, come on time and very honest and helpful. We had an issue with our AC in the midst of a hot summer and they came out within hours. They explained what was wrong and we got lucky that the problem happened to resolve itself. They told us what to look for next time before having us replace an expensive part

I tried to do a DIY fixing an issue I had with my Nest Thermostat. After I only made it worse, Jeff was able to come to my place, fix my mistakes and figure out the problem I was having. Very friendly and helped me get my place to actually blow cool air.

Chris!! You have quite a gem in that young man. He was prompt, professional, very thorough in going through all the details of what needed to be done and why. I highly recommend this company and will recommend them to all my friends and family. We are now enjoying a very cool house, thanks to Chris and Air Rescue!!

Literally the nicest most helpful humans I've encountered for a repair tech! They responded right away, came the next day, and fixed my problem within minutes. Can't thank them enough!! 10 stars

Air Rescue has been out to my home or rentals about a half dozen times over the last 4 years or so. I could not be more satisfied with the service. During a recent issue with my home AC, they came out the day before a holiday and we're able to remedy the issue by replacing a small part. The fee was reasonable and they were in and out in less than an hour. I'll Unfortunately, they AC stopped working again by that evening. Ugh. I called Air Rescue at about 4:45PM the day before a holiday. While they couldn't make it out that evening, THEY OFFERED TO COME ON THE HOLIDAY MORNING. We settled for the day after the holiday, and I hope they enjoyed some well deserved time off. The next day they arrived promptly at 7:30AM, and discovered the issue was just a safety switch. We are back to enjoying cold air, all thanks to Air Rescue. It's not even worth searching for another AC service company, just call Air Rescue!

CHris was an amazing service engineer and very knowledgeable in his field. He was patient and informative when explaining what was wrong with our system. The education he provided was insightful and didn't make us feel like we were being ripped off. He took the time to explain every detail and ensured we understood what we were agreeing to and what we do and don't have to replace right in this moment. I would recommend Chris and this business Air Rescue to anybody in the future. He is very trustworthy and thorough; something that is a lost art in the service industry. 10/10 highly recommend!

They replaced three AC systems condenser and air handler in difficult crawl spaces. They all worked but there were a lot of screw-ups. They said they could not find the right size filter holders so they taped on a bigger size. They initially installed one so the filter could not be replaced and when I pointed it out initially said falsely they had fixed it. They weren’t able to fit the bigger filter in one place and Jerry-rigged a fairly ugly fix to one of the return grilles. There was a misunderstanding as to whether the price included repairing the ceiling that was torn up and when they fixed it they initially sealed up the unit without an access hatch. When they came back to fix it (I agreed to pay a bit more) they did such a crappy job, and smoked in our house (leaving behind thru vaping device under the rocking chair they had smoked in), that I fired them. Chris, the boss, seems pretty competent, but he didn’t supervise adequately. He says he fired the guys who did all this.

Absolutely professional company!!! Great job!! Had a split AC and heating installed, these guys were very respectful of my home, they cleaned up exceptionally well !! Great price! Great employees!!

To sum up in one word, Air Rescue is excellent! They came on time and described the work that needed to be done. The work was completed, the problem was corrected, and they left the job site (a kitchen, dining room and bath) in our home spotless. Total professionals, I very highly recommend Air Rescue.

Chris & Air Rescue is first class all the way! These guys are saving lives one HVAC at a time. I had their technician Matt come out and was able to fully diagnose my HVAC system and fix the issue. I was very pleased with the entire process from making the appointment to Matt's knowledge. they are a family business that truly deserve 5 stars. Matt was able to find out the issue on my older system and fix the for problem. I have these guys on speed dial for any HVAC related issues. I was referred to these guys by my neighbor and will always recommend them to anyone looking for any heating and cooling service.

These guys were able to come out for service a week sooner than others I called (during the busy heat season of August). Also, ask for their AC Technician, Matt, he is the best AC guy I've dealt with. He was right on time (we live out in Mountain House), he quickly assessed the issue, was professional and courteous, and he also thoroughly explained the issue and how he was going to fix it. We were cooling our home again in about 40 minutes. Marg, the Office Manager, is very easy to work with too, and very accommodating. This is my new HVAC go-to team.

They were just excellent in every regard. I really appreciated that they took the time to speak with me, make sure I was 100% comfortable and understood what we were doing, and were very courteous & friendly. Carlos and his assistant did a great job and now my home is nice and cool.

My Home Warranty service lined up Chris Heat & Air Systems. My system was intermittently sounding like a playing card in the spokes of a bike. Sunny arrived at the beginning of the two hour window and quickly diagnosed the problem and went right to work. He explained what the issue was and did a good job of answering my questions. He got the system up and running, but the complete fix required a part he needed to order. He committed to a date to install the new part and he met that commitment. Sunny was very friendly and professional, he really knew his stuff. I would highly recommend Chris and I would suggest asking for Sunny.

Chris came out today through our home warranty company. All I gotta say is from the initial phone call to the tech, all extremely professional and very nice! My wife had answered the service call and they were initially suppose to come out next week! But they worked around their schedule just to have someone out the next day! Amazing! Our tech, Matt, was very nice and got the job done quick! Now we are not left without heat this winter! Big thank you to Matt and the Chris company!

Chris and his staff are incredible. My mother was relocated from her house because her air conditioner stopped working during our last heat wave. We were quoted $12k, $9800 and $8800 to replace her furnace and air conditioner. Chris got it up and running for under $2000. They were compassionate, professional, timely and very friendly. My mother is back in her own home and cool. Thank you Chris, company and staff.

My furnace and A/C unit needed replacing Chris gave me a great estimate very fair for the job, he explained what had to be done and answered all my questions, Chris and technicians were fantastic, performed very professionally, they removed all old equipment and even straightened old unsightly wires, protected my floors, excellent work highly recommend this company. Very appreciated the fast and great response when I was contacted by Emily from air rescue company, was able to get an appointment next day for my HVAC check up. Chris and Alex were very nice, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They also were able to accommodate changing my water heater next day for me and were quick and clean.
