We shopped around and received many quotes. We didn't plan to go with the least expensive. But it turned out that Proctor was the best deal which included a better shingle and Proctor's standard extras. Huge team showed up when promised. Team seemed to take pride in what they were doing. Crew did a nice job cleaning up afterward as well. Hope I never need another roof but will gladly recommend Proctor be on anyone's short list.

Wow! Great experience from start to finish. When I inquired about a repair or possible re-roof, Jerry was responsive and professional. I ended up doing a new roof. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently and finish the job In about 6 hours! They cleaned up the yard and just like that it was done. Very pleased.

very expensive quote had a metal roof put on cheaper than shingle .

Other than the lack of communication factor--we had a very enjoyable experience with Jerry and his crew as they showed up; got the work completed, albeit in the rain towards the end of the re-roof...Dennis, the main contractor on this job was as nice and outgoing as he could be. His entire crew answered all my questions and did not seem to mind at all the fact that I sat outside and watched to see the re-roof that happened due to the mess the former owners of our home did to the porch roof. I wanted to watch the re-roof to see how it was accomplished--it was NOTHING like the videos I viewed on You Tube! All-in-all, we are extremely satisfied with the overall experience. I would happily recommend Jerry and his guys for your roofing job as their expertise is unparalleled. They also cleaned up around my yard, ensuring all the debris was cleared down to the very last nail! Very happy and pleased with the end result!

Job was done in a day and the crew was very nice and they cleaned up everything. Would recommend to to anyone.

He called and canceled the appointment for the estimate they called back two weeks later but we had already hired somebody and we are very happy. I would not recommend proctor to anybody!!!!

They came on time for the estimate, brought their own port-o-potty as a crew of 17(!) showed up for the job. The job was finished in 8 hours (we have a big roof), they cleaned up as if you did not know someone had been there, the job was done as promised - first class organization all the way

Great service. My normal roofer wouldn't return calls for 3 weeks. These folks had the job done next day. Glad we hired them and will do again next wind storm
