From start to finish Proctor enterprises were Polite, professional, thorough. Family owned company. Family members on team. Youâ re not paying overhead for salesman to come to your house who have never been on a roof. Or donâ t know about roofing. Some of Proctor employees have been with Proctor Enterprises for over 20 yrs. So they also take care of their employees. The work, workmanship, and materials are the best. Have this local family owned honest reputable company replace your roof. My roof was going on 27 yrs. No leaks or issues. It was time materials are not getting cheaper. The crew worked hard, they were Curtious they started early in the am were finished by 2pm. The area was spotless. Amazing company. I feel lucky I came across Proctor enterprises . No money down until job finished..

Professional from start to finish. The three man crew, Terry Matt and Dave worked efficiently and correctly. Jerry Proctor responded to my calls fast and provided me with the information that I needed to move my siding project to completion in a timely manner. My wife and I were very comfortable with the crew and, as the other jobs they have done for me, there was no mess at the end of the day. Completely clened from top to bottom. No big trash trailer and no equipment trailer sitting in the driveway. Totaly professional and totally efficient. No drama period.

Still leak. Trying to get someone to call you back for an appointment is a nightmare. Customer service after the sale is a joke!

Signed the contract in April Jerry told me he usually is done in two weeks to complete a job I called and emailed all summer now is 8/29 have told me over and over I was on the schedule to be completed the following week and they have not returned phone calls or emails and never showed!

Best choice out of 5 under consideration. Great detailed description of the complete package. Very competitive price for great quality in all required materials. Easy communication, scheduling, and an amazing team that removed 2 layers of shingles, installed the new, and had everything cleaned up in one day. It went so well that it seams hard to believe.

Was given a list of former customers to view shingle colors. Not many I saw were in the sample book I was given. . Would have liked a digital picture of house with different colors. Would have chosen a different color but looks ok. Work was done efficiently and well. They were very careful of foundation plantings.

Very pleased with our house and garage reroofing project done by Proctor Enterprises. Everyone was very professional from the start to finish and workmanship was high quality. We would definitely recommend them.

I was very happy with the quality of work, price, and their professionalism. I had two layers of shingle on house that need to be removed and one piece of bad plywood that needed to he replaced. They started at 9 am and was done completely by 3 pm. New Roof looks great. Great job very, very Happy.

Excellent work and went the extra mile to come back to do a little extra for us on a stormy morning. The only room for improvement us communication but might be they are too busy working!

They were very professional, from the quote, right through the on-time installation and clean up. They were very efficient and sent plenty of guys to get the job done in one day. They did run short on shingles and had to return to finish a small section but were here again bright and early the next day. Clean up and debris removal was complete and satisfactory. They even provided and spread top soil to repair a small patch of yard next to the driveway that got rutted (I told them they could pull up on the yard but it turned out to be too wet). Overall, I was very impressed, especially compared to other roofing companies I have dealt with recently to repair missing shingles this spring.

Proctor Ent. Arrived at our home on Tuesday April 9th 2019 and completed the job in one day. They are very professional and brought a crew capable on replacing the roof on the house, porch and the shed. It was a windy day so scraps ended up everywhere. However, at the completion of the job they cleaned up the area and made it look like they were never here. The estimate provided was exactly as quoted. They were given a check for full payment. Great people. Clean and professional

I emailed them with an acceptance of their proposal. It was a little slow getting a response from them after that. They finally got back to me and things were scheduled. Everything went great afterwards. Their work was excellent. I could not have asked for better. My place was cleaner after they were done than it was before they started. They have my highest recommendation.

They did a fantastic job! They were a little hard to get a hold of prior to the job, but everything else was excellent!
