He came and did an initial assessment of the job. He said that it would cost $175 and that it would be altered when he do the job. The service was not great it was catastrophe! He was deceitful, the problem is above where he was trying to check it to. I knew what the problem was, but he was trying to sell us something. We stopped the job, when he came back I told him again and where it was coming from is not the area where he said it was coming. He is not listening to what I was saying. I am just a little upset about that because he was lying to us. REBUTTAL TO PROVIDER RESPONSE: Correction: The job that was completed was not a separate job. It was part of the first job, thrown in as an incentive, when in fact he knew that that was the true origin of the leak. (Visible stains on ceiling tile and rusted pipe) Ackeno intentionally misguided us by diverting the problem to a lower stack pipe which reportedly would have to partially be cut and replaced. (A difference between $250 and $1100. Time elapsed because we questioned his assessment: it was not plausible. In hindsight, water travels down not up! Now we are left with repairing a wall which did not have to be cut. It's a question of integrity. The plumber's dishonesty is disheartening.

Worked fast, on the phone the entire time. Left an O ring out knowingly and a leak developed. Not the best work and overpriced. Also would not accept angi coupon

My husband and I were very impressed by Keno. It’s a pleasure to find someone so savvy in all kinds of plumbing. He took care of most of our problems and will be back to finish the other. As soon as we’re able to decide what we want. Great experience.

The company is unlicensed he has no right to work with us, he gave a different name and gave his personal number. He showed up until we send money to his personal account instead of the company's account. He said that we will not pay tax so we send it to his personal account and the the price is twice than the one he told me in the initial. He refused to return my money back, this way he can make estimate a day and leave very nicely and its a scam.

Very knowledgeable. was easy to talk to and very trustworthy. Plus he was on time and estimated cost before work and delivered as promise. I would highly recommend his service.

The plumber Asheno was the most respectful person I have come across in many years. Every-time i called he was helpful and replied immediately. He wire his PPE equipment at all times. Though there is more work to be done he was honest to chart out prices, immediate needs, and those that could wait which as a single mom on a budget was a relief. The work and attention to details was adhere to at all times. I called many of those discount or nationally known plumbing companies that not only took advantage of me they also said i would have to break walls however Asheno did all the work without having to break any walls not to bad for a house with 1930 plumbing.

Acheno came promptly same day he called. He was very respectful and professional and practiced safety precautions while doing work in this pandemic time. I am very happy with job well done.
