Bug Runner

They came out and treated for small ants. Service provider was very pleasant and punctual. I called them about 2 weeks later to say that I still had small ants on my deck. They set an appointment and came back to treat again.

As promised, the exterminator arrived at the prearranged time and treated several locations that were in close proximity. He made sure to explain how the powder would work and how long it would take; the results were exactly as described. He also cautioned that weather might affect how long the treatment would last. In areas that were undercover, the powder would continue to remain effective. In areas exposed to rain, the powder would be washed away, and indeed, that is what happened. Several days later, heavy rains washed the powder out of the gutter and the hornets have returned to that site. They have not returned to the other, more sheltered sites.

It went well. They seemed very good. There was not a problem offering to come back. They even said they probably would have to come back but ended up not having to come back. So it all went very well.

Well for starters, after leaving a voice message, I received a phone call back within 5 minutes or less. I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Larry who took the time to explain my options and around what it might cost for his services. He was more then happy to apply a Veterans discount (my hats off to him). Larry called the next morning to confirm all details and his Technician was spot on time... I was greeted by Jeff, the Technician that was assigned to my call. Jeff was very knowledgeable, courteous, and more then willing to explain step by step what he was doing and what to expect. After all was said and done, ( about an hour later) I received a follow up call from Larry's Son, asking how things went. I told him I could not be happier. I highly recommend Bug Runner hands down. Doug was very helpful and responsive to my initial questions and shared with me all the info I needed to make an informed decision on the treatment. Technician was punctual and very professional. After the treatment, Doug continued to be very responsive in some follow-up questions I had. Overall a positive experience and I would use again if I have a problem in the future.

The provider was very responsive. A service man came very punctually and was very friendly and efficient. He said that a repeat application might be needed. One actually was and the service call was again made quickly and efficiently.

Bug Runner was professional and did a very thorough job. I have had carpenter ants appearing in many of our dowstairs and upstairs rooms in the house over the last few years - this is the first time I hired an exterminator. I have not seen any ants since the treatment! I am very pleased. I asked the agent to climb into the garage attic and spray the perimiter - he was happy to do so without additional charge.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was great. I contacted them to schedule the date. The treatment went fine. I am definitely going to call them to have them come out one more time for a return treatment. The guy thet actually came was very informative. He really seemed to know what he was doing so I was happy with that.

It took five minutes to place some chemical that killed the bees. Next day, no more bees.

Very nice to deal with, and did a good job

During a home inspection, we were told that there was evidence of carpenter ants that needed to be addressed. Bug Runner sent out one of their guys out for a consultation and treatment that normally costs $275. He took a look and said in his professional opinion he saw no evidence of carpenter ants, and that our home inspector was likely overzealous (or covering his a**). He called the main office to ask what to do, and Bug Runner didn't even charge us for the service call. Given the home inspection report, they could easily have sold me on a yearly service plan and I would have bought it. I also would have understood if they needed to be paid a portion of the fee for showing up. But they did neither of these things. That kind of honesty and integrity is hard to come by. Service call was scheduled for "after 3pm," he showed just after 4:30.

I called Bug Runner on Tuesday, and the exterminator was here on Wednesday. He showed up on time, and quickly went about his business. I couldn't ask for better customer service. Now I know who to call in the future! Thanks, Bug Runner!

It went fine. He saw the bee poop and sprayed there.

Excellent. He pruned offending branches of tree that were carrying the ants and sprayed the nest.

They are good! I use them every year. I like their responsiveness and communication. Their workers are very professional. I have a maintenance contract with them. As a matter of fact, I have used them for 3 years.

Easy to deal with, promptly set up appointment. Showed up well within his timeframe, and completed the job.

They did a good job getting rid of a wasp nest. They were a little pricey, but not so much I wouldn't use them again.

The exterminator spoke with my husband for about 5 minutes, expected the areas with the bees and hornets, told my husband what he was going to do to get rid of the insects, donned his bug-proof suit, squeezed powder from a plastic bottle up behind the vinyl siding on the house, talked with my husband some more, accepted a check, then left.

Quick, efficient and friendly service. Treated a hornets' nest underneath side door frame. Gave clear and specific instructions for aftercare. Thank you!

The man came and sprayed the nest. WE were told to stay in the house for 1-2 hrs in case the yellow jackets became angry .

From start to finish I thought this company did a great job. The staff was very friendly on the phone and the technician was professional. I will definitely use this company again for my pest control needs.

I've been using their services off and on for ten years. I've had no problems with them. They do their job. The quality of their work is excellent.

We still have wasps. We sprayed ourselves. They would come over and look not very carefully for nests and didn't even spray anything most of the time. They even had someone come to our house who is not able to look for nests higher then 8 feet even though we told them the wasps were congregating on the roof. We kept calling and they told us that it was a bad season for wasps. Well then I don't understand what we payed all that money for if they couldn't take care of the problem. I honestly feel like I threw away $500. I would recommend that you try a different exterminator. They were pretty pointless.

They gave me a 2 hour window and came when they said. I was able to use my credit card. They were very professional and polite. They called back when promised.
