They were good, trustworthy, not cheap. I would give them an excellent grade overall. On the price, I would have to do a comparative study with other companies in the area, so I am not exactly sure what to say. It was not cheap, and there is a continuing fee, they are going to come back throughout the year to check the traps around the house. It is expensive, but I don't know how it compares to other providers in the area. It is expensive, but maybe it is because of the chemicals they have to use or whatever. They do periodic checks, I did notice the truck out in the driveway recently, I think they were just checking. They did leave a note that they checked and they saw no activity. It was my understanding with the contract that they would continue to do that during the year just to make sure there has not been a recurrance of the problem. This is the second time I have used them, so I would probably call them in the future.

Doug responded quickly, charged a very fair price, was punctual and completed the work efficiently. He even gave me a 6 month warranty on the service. I was very satisfiedvwith the service.

Technician arrived on time for scheduled appointment. Answered all questions. No smell from spray. 60 day warranty.

I needed someone to come out and see if my property was infected with termites. Spoke to Jessica at Bug Runner to schedule an appointment. She was very accommodating and helpful. She even asked that if I have any pictures, send it over to her and she can tell me if they are termites or not. Jason came out the next day and inspected the house. Everything went well. Although I did not get any treatment today, I will definitely call them again if I need work on something else. They did not try to sell me on a package or anything else that I don't need. The technician came on time and was very thorough. He placed mouse traps around the house and came back 2 weeks later monitor activity and close up entry points. We have noticed a huge change since their visit. We have 2 young children and the technician was always very mindful when treating for the mice and other pests. Highly recommend using Bug Runner, we also signed up for their seasonal treatments as well (annual price listed with this review).

Bug Runner promptly came to our house to remove wasps that were nesting in a space near a shingle in the back. Santiago checked the area in question and other areas of the house for potential issues. He was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous, and explained the extermination process. Bug Runner successfully eliminated our pest problem. After calling several best control services, I opted to go with Doug and Bug Runner. So happy with the decision. Doug was quick to respond and on overall . I decided to go with a year round service as I determined it would be the better value. I needed to schedule our first visit very quickly as my wife was very upset about the bug situation in our home. Dave was so great in accommodating our needs and quickly setup an appointment for that very next day despite it being a weekend. When Peter from Bug Runner arrived, my wife was so relieved. Peter was the absolute best. He was patient and calmly explained what he was doing and the best methods to handle the issue. I can't thank him enough. We are requesting Peter for our next quarterly visit and so happy to be rid of our bug problems.

I was skeptical when I first noticed him carrying a large golf club into my yard, but it was to be used as an extension pole to which the fogger can was attached. In the end, he used a few cans of this streaming spray to subdue and kill the pests , the force of which broke apart the nest as he went along. I was left with the pieces of broken nest, but I don't know what protocol is for that part of the job. The tech wasvery nice and friendly as well, and told me they were indeed "extremely nasty" insects. I would call them again if need be, and he did tell me to call in the unlikely event that they returned, which they did not. Incidentally, the nest was in my rear facing neighbor's backyard , in his overgrown bushes but because of their overgrown state, the bees' easiest flight path to and from the nest would be facing my yard which my poor puppy found out that day when he began yelping and running and falling trying to get away from the territorial little monsters.

We use Bugrunner every year to eliminate a big wasp and bee problem on the outside of my home. The price is great at $124 and they assess the outside of my home and look for wasp and bee nests and they always find them. Before hiring Bugrunner we couldn't enjoy our backyard and deck and the wasp and bees were relentless and we would easily have 10 or more hives each year. As a preventative we hire Bugrunner in the Spring when the weather gets warm to dust the typical areas that the bees and wasps seem to congregate. They always find the nests and dust in the areas that they know the bees and wasps will look to make their home. This always works for us. If we need another dusting as the summer progresses, they always offer to come back and take care of us. But we have never needed more than one application. Prompt service and the exterminator is friendly, helpful and punctual.

they responded extremely quickly sending one of their guys on a Friday within 2 hours of contacting them. They are professional, well trained in what they are doing and quick! Hope I never have the need for them again but if I do, wont hesitate for a minute to call them. Highly recommend!

Any treatments and removal of the yellow jackets was done on one visit to my home. No other treatments were necessary and I was pleased.

Excellent -A gentleman named Louie arrived on time as scheduled, surveyed the situation and quickly eradicated the issue. Louie was very polite, courteous and informative as to our situation. We will definitely call Bug Runner and Louie for any future problems

Went very well, prompt scheduling of appt and arrival. He had to come back to re-treat but was very responsive and did not charge for re-treating. Problem solved!

So, Larry made himself available before his shift because of my work hours to do the inspection, very accommodating, and explained to me that he started the company in the 1970's, and his son now runs it. I showed him one of the areas of concern, and also some small wainscoting style pieces of wood that had dropped from the outside soffit that looked eaten up. He informed me that although it was a significant amount of fine wood dust, it was purely dry rot and not termite damage. Same for the pieces of wood i showed him. He noticed that i was doing a lot of the renovations at my place myself, and suggested that i fully scope out the framing when I do replace the windows one by one. Music to my ears, and quite a relief. He said that if i wanted, he could put monitoring stations outside as a preventative, but there was no hard sell. He said that i was fine, and that if i ever needed him in the future for any kind of service, don't hesitate to call. Wow!!! No Hard sell!! Just a real honest professional who wasn't trying to sell me something i didn't need. He totally will have my business when needed. Wow, what a relief!!

Excellent Service! Showed up when they were supposed to. They did the job and I would recommend them to anyone.

Communications were great. The woman on the phone was very helpful and professional. I texted photos of the hornet's nest and immediately scheduled an appointment. As promised, I was called 30 minutes in advance of the arrival of Doug, the owner, who did the work. Doug explained the process, put on his bee suit and sprayed the nest. At the end, Doug told me what he had done and to let him know if there were any hornets remaining the next day. All have been eliminated and we can use our patio again. I will certainly be using Bug Runner in the future as needs arise. Thanks!

Bug Runner came highly recommended by a trusted local source. They were responsive, prompt, thorough and professional. I will happily have them do a quarterly service. Creepy carpenter ants were gone in less than 24 hours. Santiago was responsive to my concerns about toxins (we have a young child). He used gel bait in the house and only sprayed in the utility room, which is off limits to our child. He said to give a call if we notice anything unusual and he would return. I was very pleased with the service.
