Bug Runner

Did a complete inspection of my home, all rooms, placed traps and bait in areas where needed. To date have not had any subsequent pest issues.

I was able to get an appointment fairly quick. The tech was very nice and it really looked like he knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend this company. I hope to never see those bugs again.

Professional courteous service

They did a really good job. Just one employee came out and it him a whole hour. He did the treatment for the inside of the home. We had a cat so we wanted to make sure he didn’t use harsh chemicals. He was a really good guy and was also efficient.

The extermination of the nest was a success, however, now that spring has arrived, we have noticed they may have built a new nest nearby. If they pose danger again, we will call this company back. They are very fair and do a great job.

They came twice because the first time was not enough. The service was professional and performed timely. I would use them again in the future.

The guy that came was nice. He was on time. I didn't have to call them for an additional treatment.

Went very well. I called this morning and they sent someone out to me this afternoon. The office called to let me know the person would be at my house by 3:00 and he showed up a few minutes after that. Very punctual and professional. Very fair price for the size of house and great warranty on product.

Wonderful! I am assuming if I said that I may use them again next year that they did a good job. They were dressed appropriately. They had a uniform on. The gentleman that came was very nice. Very accomodating. He explained what he was doing. He resolved the issue in one day. I did not need follow up. He took care of my issue immediately.

It went well, we haven't seen any more carpenter bees around.

He could have came and knocked down the nest and I wouldn't have known any better. Really honest guy. I have used exterminators in the past and if I need one again I will give him a call.

The representative was great. He gave me a free estimate. He walked around the exterior of my house looking for ways the mice might enter. He looked inside as well. He checked to see what traps I put out and gave me suggestions to make them more effective. He gave me a price quote to have Bug Runner come out at help mouse proof my house. He was not an alarmist. He did not make it seem like things were out of control like one exterminator did. He did not try to scare me. As a result I will likely use this company in the future. (There is snow on the ground right now so it would be hard to do outside work to mouse proof my house.)

Technician was prompt and professional. He inspected house and attic for hives etc. After inspection gave recommendations and wasnt pushy about it.

I recently discovered roughly a dozen wasps flying around in my attic. I saw the Super Coupon posted by Bug Runner and purchased it before calling them. When I called, I spoke to the owner, Doug, who explained that it was almost certainly the case that these were wasps who would be dead in a couple of days (due to the increasingly cold weather), thus making any service from them unnecessary. He suggested I call Angie's list for a refund of the coupon, and offered to call them himself if there were any problems... When I offered to "hold on" to the coupon for a time, he said that he would not feel right with my doing so, because, he said, I might never actually need his service. Although I will not be using his services at this time, I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is exceptionally honest, sincere, and clearly "knows his stuff". I would gladly recommend him for the Angie's List Super Service award and will absolutely call him again if I should have any future 'bug' problems...

It worked out fine. They came when they were supposed to come and they were on time. My husband had no complains. I thought it was a good price.

Company was very responsive in setting up original appointment and arriving as planned. When inspector began review, he found areas of deck too wet to complete review and or conduct treatment (due to rain the previous night) and had to reschedule. Rescheduled appointment was not at all difficult to make and again they were timely and responsive. Inspection and treatment were conducted professionally and inspector was most willing to answer questions and provide advice as requested.

He actually came a little early so I wasn't home when he did the job. When I pulled into the driveway the hornet's nest had already been removed and he was just about to leave. There was some residual remnant of the nest left on the garage which he said he didn't want to remove because he was afraid of damaging the paint. We hosed most of it off but did have trouble removing the rest of it. We had no further problems with hornets.

Doug was friendly, helpful and flexible. He worked with us after we explained that we had a contract with the other company. Even so, he was not aggressive about taking our business away from the first company. He was very easy to talk to, professional, and courteous. Also had a good sense of humor! Would definitely use him again.

They were reasonable and good for the cost involved. They advised us to cover the exterior with cilicone to prevent the bees entering into the building and eventually entering the housee

Presale inspector noted evidence of rodents. The evidence was very old and dried but of concern to the new owners. We promised an inspection before we turned over the house to them. I called a company I had used before in NJ but they were unable to come in the time frame we needed and suggested Bug Runner. I was very pleased with the response and immediate scheduling. They were very thorough in all parts of the house and said it was obvious there was not a rodent problem. Wrote up a report I could give to the new owners and we were finished.

Yellow Jacket wasps were swarming below the wooden overhang at the front of my home, about six feet above the ground. They were entering through extremely narrow openings where a brick wall abutted the overhang. After using up a half dozen cans of wasp spray with no end of the colony in sight, I phoned Bug Runner (on a Sunday, when their office is closed) for professional assistance. I was surprised and pleased to receive a response an hour later and made an appointment for the following afternoon. A technician arrived promptly. He suited up in protective clothing and pumped an insecticide powder into the area where we presumed a nest to be. The Yellow Jackets were REALLY mad and many were flying near the opening for the next hour. After about 2? hours all was quiet and the problem was resolved to my total satisfaction. The Angie's List coupon on the website lowered the cost of service by 20%. Great service. Highly recommended.
