Bug Runner

It went perfectly. The attic is temporarily blocked off and I will be having my roofer permanently fix it this upcoming week. Lions, Tigers, & Bears, Oh MY! The Bug Runner doesn't get rid of them but they certainly get rid of raccoons in your attic. They were very professional, courteous, & answered all my worries. Even the secretaries that I spoke with were pleasant and professional, which is quite unusual in these hurried days. It took us a long time but they were back as often as I needed using a very unusual method to get rid of the raccoons.

Recently, a large wasp nest was discovered high on the exterior wall near the roof of the building that serves as home to the Pascack Historical Society. None of the Society's volunteers felt comfortable trying to remove the nest and so we reached out to Bug Runner after doing some research on Angie's List. Utilizing a special offer for the elimination of a nest of hornets, wasps or yellow jackets, we contacted the company's Spring Valley office and scheduled an appointment for June 2 at 9:00. Louie, the technician, was on site promptly at 9:00 and, climbing his 25 foot ladder, deftly removed the nest within 30 minutes. All of the individuals with whom I had contact at Bug Runner were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I would most certainly call upon the company again if I need an exterminator.

I called first because I had some questions about the big deal. The owner answered all questions thoroughly so I purchased the deal online and the exterminator came out about a week later. He was very professional and personable and answered questions I had. I showed him where the ants were and he put down some special treatment nearby. He also worked the perimeter of the house as well with a different treatment. He indicated it could take a few days for the ants to disappear but happily they disappeared within a day or so. I basically just had one complaint which wasn't related to the service itself. While I paid for the service in advance, whoever does bookkeeping apparently overlooked the online payment and sent me a payment overdue notice. So I called and spoke with the owner who said he would take care of it. About a month later I received another letter, this one threatening to send a collection agent after me. Again I called and spoke with the owner who apologized and indicated he would take care of it. Thankfully that was the last I heard of it. Except for the letters, it was a good experience and for any big pest issues I would likely use them again. Ironically enough, I had some ants reappear in a different part of the house soon after the guarantee expired on the treatment which didn't surprise me. It was a small enough infestation that time and I decided to deal with it on my own instead.

Everything went well. They were able to get ride of the bee nest.

They removed the best and sprayed area so wasps don't come back. I was told it's guaranteed until October. They were on time, quick and answered all of my questions..

Larry came to look at the potential termite issue even after I told him it was probably dry rot - which it was. He was cordial, informative and pleasant. Though we don't need service, should we in future, I will be calling him back.

It was good. They were efficient. They came on time. They took the job and they did a good job. I've never had done it before but I assume the price was good.

Very well after the first treatment I began to see more ants in two weeks. The provider guaranteed the service for a month so I called them back. They treated my home again without any additional cost.

Doug came and exterminated a bees nest that was embedded in the ground. Great Service. Also came back to check 1-2 times for free afterward to make sure there was no recurrence.

It was an excellent service. They were here within an hour. They were very helpful and did a follow up. The only thing is that they have limited services due to licensing issues. I signed up for a quarterly service and they are suppose to call before they come which has not been done.

After purchasing the coupon, I called the owner directly to schedule a time. We have bees dying in our bathroom bedroom and I assumed we had a nest in the attic. After speaking to Doug for 5 minutes on the phone, he was certain that I no longer had a nest and that what I did have was some returning worker bees looking for an old nest, getting trapped and dying in the house. He was very forthcoming and honest and told me that he would be ripping me off by honoring the coupon and would rather earn my business when there was work to do. He was a great, honest guy who earned my respect and definitely earned future work from me. In the meantime, he said to call Angie's List and get a refund.

Got the angies list deal of $99 for removal of a bees nest. Upon arrival they removed a large bees nest on the roof and found 2 smaller ones. They honored the price of $99 and we were happy. We could sit on the deck all summer without worrying about the bees. Would definitely use again.

HAD A YELLOW JACKET NEST IN THE GRASS NEXT TO MY HOME. HE SPRAYED INTO THE GROUND FORMULA TO GET RID OF THE THEM. IN 2 DAYS THEY WERE GONE. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. CAME RIGHT AWAY WHEN I CALLED TO MAKE APPOINTMENT. THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME I USED THIS COMPANY. VERY GOOD!

It went very well. They came right away, did the job right then. Very professional. Price was reasonable, I would definitely call them again.

They came and went. Preventive spray for crawling insects. Have noticed significantly less crawlers so it must have been effective. So very satisfactory job performance. Where Bug Runner really comes through though, is in customer service. A couple of months after the treatment we had a minor snake problem. I called them again and they could have just easily come out, charge me for the visit, but instead Larry took the time on the phone and emails to tell me how I can resolve the issue since it was a relatively minor one. All that for no charge. So they deserve A++ for good customer service.

The technician arrived on time and was very friendly. His equipment seemed to malfunction as he was working so he treated the area using another method. At first, I was skeptical about it not working but it has been several weeks now and there are no signs of any carpenter ants.

They came out and initially sprayed our carpenter bees, which was effective. They came back a second time because there are still other bees attracted to our shrubs, but those were different types of bees. The carpenter bees have not come back! He was very honest about a few ant services that we actually didn’t need.

The deal read "bees" so I called to have this company exterminate them. They said by law, they cannot kill honeybees and could not perform the service. Very nice to work with. Recommended a web site for bee keepers to do an extraction.
