Description of Work: I was concerned that I had a mouse problem. I saw some droppings in the basement. David did a whole house inspection. He said there was no evidence of fresh droppings or present mouse activity. He was extremely thorough; he checked the entire house, including the basement, garage, attic and bathroom and kitchen drawers. He recommended sealing some holes where mice could enter the house. He educated me about their habits.He was very polite and professional. I will use him again if I need exterminating services.

Description of Work: Bug runner was very quick to respond to my message and very quickly made an appointment. They came on time and killed a wasp nest in attic. We were also having riof work done so they left the nest for the roofers to pull out which I found a bit surprising but overall I enjoyed using them and would definitely use again with any other issues.

They are responsive and come out to do the job on time. Their price has gone up $40 from two years ago. They give a 60 day warranty. I think that they weren't very tactful about their policy when I called them to come back and re-apply. I still saw bee activity after the re-application.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. THEY GOT RID OF THE HORNET'S NEST. THEY WERE VERY NICE, AND I WAS SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. I HAD NO PROBLEMS. I JUST CALLED THEM UP AND TOLD THEM WHAT I NEEDED, AND THEY SENT SOMEBODY.
