Description of Work: Sprayed chemicals into hornets nest gutter only. | |I had to wait several days before spraying water to remove the hornets nest.

Description of Work: The representative came to my home and conducted a thorough inspection of the interior area of my home, including my 3 1/2" crawl space. He placed rodent traps and removed full traps free of charge. Then he inspected the entire outside perimeter of my home-even with much of it covered by shrubbery. Lastly, he put out powder and gel to rid my home of those pesky ants. After about 24 hours I never saw another ant. I highly recommend this conpany!!

Description of Work: I tried to schedule appointments with them for two different days. Both times, they called to tell me they were not sure when they were coming but would get back to me. On the first day, they called me when I was doing something else. I canceled and rescheduled for the following week. The next week, I waited all day but did not hear from them until 4:15. I don't want to do business with them because they do not respect my time. They may be great at what they do, but I cannot tell you because I could not get them to come and give me an estimate. I am assuming the actual work situation would be similar,

Description of Work: We prepaid for the service to eliminate yellow yackets as a special from Angie's List. We called Doug to set apponitment to eliminate a nest of yellow jackets. He told us to get a refund, as all the yellow jcakets are gone from our area due to the cold weather we had the last few days. A very friendly and very honest businees man.

Description of Work: We signed up for summer treatments. They come to the house once a month, and spray for bugs and insects all along the house and in bathrooms. Very nice and professional person. Don't seem to have that many bugs in the house, so it seems to be working. Of course the only way to really know is to stop and see if it gets worse, and we don't really want to do that!
