Description of Work: I requested a quote to remodel my only bathroom. I emphasized that speed and price were very important. They sent their sales consultant to provide the quote, take measurements & pictures. I set a budget with a price limit I wanted to stick with. The sales rep made a note of this limit. I asked for options of materials for redoing the bath so I could balance the cost with the various materials. The rep seemed to be attentive of my request. When she returned with the presentation of the design she had chosen all the materials, finishes and colors. The colors were in the family of what I wanted, but I was not given any options for any of the furnishings. The worst thing was that the budget limit was completely ignored; the quote was about double what I requested. No options were provided to allow staying with in my budget. The design she presented was very nice. I just felt I was not given much input in the choice of the materials or the budget. The time estimate was not great. They estimated doing a complete tear out and reinstallation of a small simple bathrom would take 10 to 11 working days. Considering this is the only bathroom would be difficult to deal with.
