One bathroom was a guest bathroom ... we had wall paper taken down, painted, new toilet, new plumbing for sink with fixtures, and a new floor. The other main bath had wall paper removed, new vanity, countertop and sink, painted, new toilet, new floor, and a new ceiling fan, and tile around the sink/vanity area. Everything, but the plumbing, was done by a young lady ... Olivia. She was thorough and did excellent work -- very neat and prompt every day. A pleasure to work with! Every afternoon when she left, the rooms were vacuumed, and all tools picked up. Extremely happy with the results. D'Angelos also did our powder room a couple of years ago. Because of the work on this room, we had them back to complete the 2 bathrooms upstairs

He offered 2 options for repair which was not outrageous or an attempt at an upsell. It was quick fix or complete resolution. I woiuld recommend.

Upon completing the research of the house, he said that he would have a quote for me by early afternoon. Well, it is 11:00 pm and still do. It have a quote. It is one thing to come by and another to not do something you said you would do.

We had a tricky shower request, and the crew of Eric and Steve, were creative and focused on finding a way to make the shower meet our desired plan. The final outcome is something we will enjoy for many years to come. + -1 moreMy mother had a sump pump installed in June 2017. In October 2017 she was hospitalized for 11 days and during that time the sump pump failed, which caused flooding in the first level of her split level house, creating thousands of dollars in damage. She didn't know that it was flooded, since she wasn't in the house at the time. By the time we discovered this, the house had sat under water for what we were assuming was at least a week. We contacted D'Angelo's, who to their credit, came right out and replaced the faulty sump pump, but refused to put the new pump in unless we paid them another $171 for the service call to replace their faulty part! I tried to dispute this with the manager, but he didn't seem to care about how much their defective part cost us and refused to waive the additional service call. We'll most likely also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

+ -1 moreboth toilets needed fill valves and supply lines. both toilet seats were wobbly due to the previous owners so they were tightened down and calked. For the disposal they said it wasn't broken just very loose and needed to be tightened down. I also got 5% off for going through Angie's List.

+ -1 moreHe was not at my house more than 40 minutes. I thought the price seemed high , but needed the repair done. His quote was verbal not in writing. He told me the universal handle alone was $ 80 & I was getting a deal because he was relacing the 2 things at the same time. I was surprised when the bill did not list each part with the price. I should have checked the prices before he did the work. RETAIL pricing at Home Depot was $3.50-$12.00 for trim to fit universal chrome handle & $15.00 for the fill valve & flapper repair kit. Even if they had a 30% markup on the parts I ended up paying over $150.00 in labor for 40 minutes? I had used them before & had gotten a pretty fair price. I am not sure if the pricing is left up to the technician or is a set price for each job. I had a $20 dollar coupon which he did apply to the bill .The price was $183.00 after the coupon.

+ 1 moreOutstanding. D'Angelo's is very responsive and have been able to have a technician visit the same day. The technicians are all very professional, knowledgeable and understanding. They are willing to explain all work to me in terms I understand. An added plus is all technicians put on booties before entering the house. D'Angelo's will be my primary service provider for any service they preform.
Description of Work: I initially had D'Angelo's come for service on my furance, A/C and humidifier and provide an estimate for a new water heater, running 2 gas lines and installed a couple of cut off valves. D'Angelo's had technicians scheduled for the following day which is a plus. The preventive service preformed was great. The technicians were very knowledgeable. The estimate provided was reasonable so I scheduled all the work on the estimate. D'Angelo's was able to preform the work immediately which is outstanding but I wanted it completed a couple of weeks later which was not an issue with them. The technicians arrived a bit early on the day of service and did a great job completing all items on the list to include installing a new water heater, running a gas line to the kitchen and laundry room, replacing/adding cut off valves. They also were able to correct any issues that arose immediately. We discovered both first floor shower were leaking bad. While on site both drains were repaired to code. I have since hired D'Angelo's for additional work.
