Mr. [Member name removed], I am sorry that you felt the need to write such a poor review about D'Angelo's Plumbing & Heating. I am curious, when did you try to contact us? I show no records of every having been out to your home, our answering service shows no record of you every even calling us. I would ask that you verify that it was D'Angelo's Plumbing & Heating that you called. I would ask that should you find that you did not call us that you amend your review. Do not misunderstand, If we did actually let you down as indicated, then we deserve this terrible review. We do have about 350 reviews and most are very positive, but a few poor. In most of these cases, we earned the bad grades. We are pretty damned good at our jobs, but we are human and sometimes make mistakes. I am proud to say that we do learn from these mistakes. Also: I question the validity of this review for another pretty good reason: Our company policy is that we DO offer 24 hour emergency service for any customer in our service area. We do not charge extra for after hours / weekend calls. We are even open on Saturdays to help serve our customers. When service is needed, we respond. Simple and easy. If the review is accurate then we failed miserably, but it would be a monumental fail as it is exactly the opposite of what have been doing daily for 47 years. Jeffrey Blanchard Director of Operations
