It was very good. They came to the house because the furnace wasn’t working. I wanted them to inspect what was wrong with it and it turned out that I didn’t have any chimney liner. They also replaced a couple of parts in it. They were very professional. I paid an extra amount. The three guys that came out were all very knowledgeable. The first guy came out to check, the second guy came out to install the chimney liner, and the third guy came out to review the job and made sure it was done correctly.

It worked out fine. I think they did a very good job. The price was reasonable. They were very responsive.

Will use them again for all my plumbing needs.

We woke up to a leaking water heater. Got on Angie's list and looked for a local plumber. We had worked with D'Angelo's before so when we saw their name it reminded us of he quality they had done previously so we called them. They gave us estimate over the phone and even though we said it was not a dire emergency, the came out within two hours without charging us emergency rates. They had the new water heater installed and ready to go within 1 1/2 hours. We were very pleased with the fast and courteous service. I would highly recommend this company.

Quick (~30min) and clean, on the spot service. Used a coupon, $111 for $200 worth of service. With the coupon it was a good deal, but the level of service was great so definitely worth the money.

They were super! I called on Monday for an appt they were there by 8:00 the next morning. The initial problem was the inside workings of the toilet but I asked that he look at the way the toilet was seated because there was a wobble to it. He thoroughly explained the problem (a retrofit pipe connector was not properly anchored down) He gave me a reputable quote and I asked him to do the work. Even though he ran into a glitch and had to get and extra part he stuck to his original quote. He finished promptly, cleaned everything up and was even tolerant of my friendly pooch while working. Very professional I would call them back in an instant if I have a need.

Took a long time for them to contact me to make the appt. Seemed to do a good job. Covered up previous service info with one of their company stickers which I wasn't too happy about.

The current valve was leaking and needed to be repacked. The inlet valve is rarely used and should still be in great condition. The packing and washers had deteriorated over time. This involved interfacing with MWCA to shut the water off at the street prior to work and turning on the water at the street after work was completed. I expected the plumber to repack the valve. I was informed that the plumber doesn't repack or repair existing valves. The plumber only replaces valves and the price is $299.00. The valve was replace and tested. The work area was picked up and cleaned. The area was checked for leaks. After the plumber left a leak was discovered on the other side of the water meter. I called D'Angelo's and another plumber was dispatched to fix the leak. The leak was stopped. No other problems were encountered. Based on the cost of the replacement valve and the amount of time needed to replace the valve, I thought the cost was excessive. If I encounter this problem again, I would interface with the water authority, disassemble the valve. Buy replacement washers at a Hardware store, repair the valve, and have the water turned on again by the MWCA. The downside to this may be that replacement packing may not be available, and plumbing service would be needed. Major dissatisfaction was the expectation of work needed and its expected cost verses the repair performed and its actual cost. As far as work performed, I am completely satisfied.

They cleaned out a slow flowing drain. Almost from the minute the guy walked in, he tried to "upsell" me. He'd have had me replacing a huge section of the house's plumbing when snaking the drain was all that was needed. He actually took me to the basement and showed me what he said had to be replaced. I asked him if he had tried to snake it yet and he said. I told him, not asked him at this point, to snake it. It has been fine ever since. | |I thought that this was terribly unprofessional. I think that he spotted a woman alone and tried to take advantage of me. Fortunately, I've owned homes for 35 years. I would not recommend them

The technician showed up within 30 minutes and got the pipe fixed right away. I was very surprised and pleased that he came out at this time so quickly. They are the people I am calling for any future plumbing needs I have. The technician was very professional, nice and even explained everything he was doing and why the pipe burst.

It took 2+ hours to replace the two faucets and shower head with Moen products which is okay however when the job was done the floor molding was not flush against the work wall. The workman reluctantly fixed the problem after I said "Don't bother, I will take care of it." He left bits and pieces of old solder, caulking, metal shards, a dirty work towel in and around the box the product came in. The workman was polite but left a mess for me to clean up. Oh yes...he left the company's advertizing sign in my front lawn...without permission. If companies want my repeat business, then clean up the d*** work area when you are done. The over all cost was $580 - $100 Angieslist discount + $35 for the discount coupon = $515.

Our plumbing services were provided by D"Angelo's. The plumber performing the service was Matt Stacy. Upon Matt's arrival he listened to the concerns. We replicated the the gurgling issue and explained the gaseous concerns that occurred occasionally with the gurgle. We felt it was a venting issue. We shared our frustration as we had had local plumbers come to fix the problem. They did related work, but never checked the venting pipe and never solved the problem. Matt then went downstairs with my husband and walked through the plumbing hook up. After locating the venting pipe they disconnected pipes, snaked the venting pipe, replaced parts that broke in the dismantling process, reconnected all pipes and the proceeded upstairs to flush toilets to check for any gurgling noises or venting issues. All sounded well. Matt returned to the basement to clean up the floors and any debris caused by the work, gathered his tools and prepared our bill.

They were great! Terry was fantastic and quick. Installed a new garbage disposal, new faucet and redid leaking piping under sink.

They tightened a faucet and replaced a faucet on wash tub. Worked quickly with quality work.

I called to get a part (solenoid) for my humidifier on my furnace. Was told that it was something they only carry on their trucks and a tech would have to come out to install it. It is a small part on the outside of the furnace; held on with two screws and a couple wires. It is an easy part to replace so I didn't want to hire a tech to do it. Hardware stores do not carry the part. I will say this: the young lady (not a robot) that answered the phone did so on the first ring! Its a small thing but something you don't see often these days.

We were charged $280 for 2 hours work. We bought a Big Deal of $100 service for $35. Easy to schedule an appointment. Service person arrived on time. We provided a new faucet. Work was done professionally. No complications. In to out time totaled 2.0 hours, or $140 per hour. We were also quoted $210 to snake a tub drain. Did not have them do this.

Furnace clean and check. They did a thorough and professional job. Very pleased.
