D'Angelo's Plumbing & Heating

It went well, they came, they looked, said my toilet was leaking because of old wax ring. I had a new toilet waiting to be installed. They installed it quickly and were gone. No more leaking! The price was more than I anticipated, but I know it's fair compared to other licensed plumbers.

They did an amazing job. They were very professional,and efficent. They were here when they said they would be and it took a total of a bit less than 3 hours from beggining to end. Im extremly happy with the end result. I get free cleanings for life with my purchase and I now have a better efficency with my new central air conditioning unit.with a 30% rating! I would highly reccomend them when it comes to cleaning,servicing your heating and cooling needs or if you need a new system installed.

We got it fixed with another firm for less than 1/4 of what they suggested.

The technician was punctual and easy to work with. Unfortunately for me, the heat exchanger was compromised and the furnace needed replacement. I have another firm that I use for furnace installations and the D'Angelo's tech was respectful of that and not pushy.

I bought this service as a big deal. The technician was on time and courteous. He cleaned and tuned my furnace while I watched what he was doing and answered the questions I asked. He did a thorough job, which took about 30 minutes or so. I have used them several times for my furnace and A/C unit and will continue to use them in the future.

They're right here in our town so they came down and they did their best. They do a wonderful work and they put an extra hours if they have to and they drive way longer than I expected. They just went with it and did a lot of renovations. We're just going to have a one bathroom done and I decided another one. When I say to our bathroom, they got it and they start all over again. They even gave me their cellphone numbers in case I have a question. We have again called them because there's a problem with our air conditioner and that we are their top priority.

That went didn't go so well. It took them too long to get back to me so I finally called somebody else.

They were on time for the job, and they cleaned up after themselves (I really liked that). Didn't over promise but they did over deliver.

They were just good. They weren’t anything that I would rave about but they did a competent job. The price was good and right on the money like what it should be. I didn’t make any special requests. I just wanted the job done and done right, and they did that. They were right on time whenever it was going to be.

They were good. The price seemed fair to me. I had a good experience. They were there as quick as they should be and very helpful in providing me with information.

I do not plan on using them again because they're expensive. They'll tell you they'll be here at a certain time, they don't get here, it took quite a bit afterwards, like days afterwards. Mainly, I found in placing other things that they're way high. They were about $40 higher than the estimate I got from another company.

I had contacted a few companies about this and they seemed out have overall the best package. They were pretty knowledgeable. They helped me to decide which was the best, what we needed out of the different types of furnaces that were available and. The quality of the work they did was good too. They gave us recommendations on how to use it to get the most efficiency. They are pretty good, I have had no reasons to call them back and I have had no problems with the installations. They have good service to support the sales. They have a good reputation in this area. They did the installation pretty efficiently.

It went well. They came in and was pretty prompt. We liked the heating system. I would say use them. The quality seems alright to me.

We like them, they have done here two, three times but they have not fixed the pump well.

We have always had good service with D'Angelo. If you have a problem, they come quickly.

It went good. The price was very fair. They were very nice and very thorough. We were quite satisfied with them. With regard to responsiveness and punctuality, they came right away. They were very professional. I was very much satisfied with the whole process.

A little bit of first time around. A little bit, I guess on the sloppy side, and the people in the store use different prices. They have different selection of tiles in their store.

Went well. Had no hot water on a Sunday. Called for service and they recommended waiting until Monday to send a technician so save us from having to pay a weekend rate. Explained that there are so many parts and they can't carry them all on their truck. They wouldn't have access to a parts store until Monday, so even if paid for weekend visit, probably couldn't fix it until Monday. Came on Monday, tried to repair but part was not installing well. After 1 1/2 hours of trying we decided to just replace the water heater because of its age. New water heater was promptly installed.

This was the 3 time I've used This company. First time they fixed my dish washer dirt cheap. I hired them back to do the leak in my bathroom. As i said the guy they sent wasn't great but the company comensated me and fixed the leak correctly free of charge. I will continue to use them.

Outstanding company from start to finish! Everything was a positive. The installer/plumber Terry is highly knowledgeable and experienced. He explained everything that would be done before the job, and then everything that was done after the installation. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I've called them since and the response is always excellent. I'll definitely call them again for any plumbing related problems.

It was excellent and he did a great job. I was very pleased with them. We had no issues with scheduling and he did the job on the weekend. He got the job done in under 2 hours. He hauled away the old water heater and took care of everything.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It was excellent. They came out exactly when we scheduled it. It was very well done.

The laundry tubs are fine, and I'm happy with that. However, I paid an additional $150 for the pipe cleaning, but found out that my husband had just cleaned it, so it was not needed. He took the snake out and said he still had to charge me. I called D'Angelo's and spoke to Dan, the manager. He agreed to give me a refund, but then discussed it with Jeffrey Blanchard and he decided not to give it to me. He was the same man who originally sold us the air conditioner, so I know him and have dealt with him before. I told him I was going to contact Angie's List about this and he said he didn't care.

I recently moved into a house whose master bathroom had an outdated Jacuzzi bathtub and a floor that had been damaged by a former leak from the bathtub. I called D'Angelo's to give me an estimate on renovation, and they sent Dennis as a project manager to look at the space and give me an estimate. Dennis was very professional, straightforward, and flexible throughout the entire process. We had several meetings about design and cost before I decided to contract D'Angelo's to move forward with the project, and he listened to my design concerns (admittedly I am very picky about aesthetics!) and worked with me to help choose appliances and fixtures that suited my taste but were also cost-efficient. I decided to buy a vintage medicine cabinet from Historic Houseparts, rather than one that D'Angelo's offered from their supply catalogue, and he was completely amenable to installing it alongside the other appliances. The job took 10 days and was completed by one installer, Nick, who worked with a helper for 3 days throughout the process. Nick was very prompt, considerate, and reliable. He worked through the weekend and so finished earlier than the date expected. One unexpected event that came up was our discovery that the sub flooring underneath the bathtub had rotted through. Nick pointed out the damage and recommended that he not only patch the rotted sub flooring but lay a new and sturdier layer of sub flooring on top of it to ensure greater stability and prevent future damage. Dennis had spoken to me about the possibility of finding such damage at the sub floor level and possible extra cost if they needed to add the extra layer. He talked to me extensively about the pros and cons of adding the layer and cost before we decided to move forward with installing the new layer. Overall, I think they did a wonderful job and the bathroom looks great. I felt completely confident in their work and am planning to hire them again to renovate my kitchen when I am ready. Yes, they were a bit more expensive than the other estimate that I received, and I do think that I could have been satisfied with a less expensive contractor, but the level of professionalism, commitment, and understanding that Dennis and Nick brought to the job made the cost worth it.
