He told me that he would arrive Monday morning pick up the cushions and deliver it back with within a few hours. My sofa cushions has come back much better than before and it is very comfortable. Generally, I am a very skeptical person but from this person, I got a sense of dignity, honesty, and work ethic. I let him take my sofa cushions without any questions and he communicated with me from start to finish.
