Marcel and his are great they were hired by mom unfortunately she passed away and I took over the coordination their work was great very professional very efficient l I would highly recommended and everyone who has come by the house to see was astonished of the workshop a d quality now I have a great new first floor kitchen and bathroom my mom would have been amazed about the transformation of her apartment. So if you need any renovation don't hesitate to co tact marcel and his crew.

Marcel and his team always arrived on time and are very hardworking. I had 2 bedroom apartment renovation with complete demolition for the kitchen and bathroom. They finished the project within 3 months. I was very lucky to find Marcel because this project was my first renovation and he was very patient and always tried to help me fulfill my design for the apartment.

Marcel Dumnici has been a pleasure to work with. He was thorough in his estimate, worked quickly, and neatly, and had a great respectful crew. He is on sight everyday, working alongside his crew. He is honest, patient, hard-working, and aims to please. I couldn't be happier with my choice of contractors. I would recommend him to anyone looking to do a complete renovation. He gutted the entire home of plaster walls, rewired, and all new plumbing and an entire redo of the heating system Marcel was the only contractor that offered to restore the old moldings in the home. The tilework came out beautiful, the kitchens and bath were done beautifully. The stonework on the front of the house is just perfect!! . The home was so run down at the start. It is so beautiful now that I am sad to rent it out. I will miss working with him. He was always prompt in returning my phone calls. He is a gentleman, extremely polite and respectful. I look forward to working with him again very soon. I wish I could upload some photos....they are amazing!!!!

Marcel and his team werethere 6 days a week until the job was complete. Marcel is very honest hard working and dedicated. He has an attentuon to detail that amazed me.

We hired Midco to paint our entire apartment, sand & poly the floors, repair and rebuild pocket doors, install new moldings and repair walls. Marcel and his team provided excellent work and value. I would highly recommend Midco for any renovations, and plan to hire them to renovate the bathrooms. Marcel is a pleasure to work with.

Marcel and his crew are fantastic! He is incredibly reliable, knowledgeable, and thorough --- an absolute pleasure to work with. They patched, primed and completely painted a two-bedroom apartment, including the ceilings, crown moulding and all the trim, and did an amazing job. The apartment looks brand new. I even chose a couple of difficult colors which required multiple coats, which was no problem for them. It all came out even better than I could have imagined. I recommend MIDCO without reservation and look forward to working with them on other projects in my apartment.

Midco provided positively excellent customer. They responded immediately to my request and did an in-person review of the work requested that same evening. The next morning I had a complete estimate of all the work requested and the prices were very fair. As the work progressed and there were additions to the work there was never any problem with understanding and accepting the request and there was never any problem about the additional cost involved as the job always came first. They were also very creative and did a number of things that were out of the ordinary with the idea of customer service and the quality being the main concern.
