We had a completely unfinished basement and Bob was quickly able to inspect, price, and create a beautiful basement which included ample closet/storage space, an office, bathroom, open concept laundry room, walk-in pantry and lounge area. Bob was by far the most responsive and cost conscious of any contractor I was trying to work with.
