Description of Work: Arrived to do an estimate for a bathroom renovation and mentioned others for plumbing and electrical issues. Was quick to point out that if I was not happy with their work, I could just withhold payment to them. I was clear that I was only interested in dealing with one person and a price that was all inclusive. I met with the plumber, Mr. Bleakley, and the electrician seperately and the plumber took notes and thereafter sent me an estimate via email. I had questions regarding the plumbers notations and asked him about this via email and he referred me back to Gary West. This, among other things, made me a bit uneasy. After several emails back and forth between myself and Gary West, I decided that I would not hire this group as I felt that my initial desire for dealing with one person and one contract was not what Mr. West had in mind. Thank you.

I am very sorry the member was not happy with my estimate. I explained to her as I do all my customers that I am a licensed contractor-not a plumber or electrician. I do work with other independent contractors and I am more than happy to contact them and have them call the customer to look at the work. Also I explain if the customer wishes they can use any plumber or electrician of their choice. Each contractor is an independent business and provides a separate contract with all the breakdowns for work wanted. I was in contact with the plumber and elctrician and when I called the member back I gave her a total cost for all the work. She stated this was more money than she could spend for the project. The member called and emailed me several times with questions that I happily answered. She also contacted the plumber several times with questions and emails which he answered. The member also explained she had work done before by other contractors and was not satisfied. I explained to her that payments are broken down and before final payment was made by her any/and all issues would be resolved by myself, plumber or electrician.
