INITIALLY, I HAD PROBLEMS WITH JJ POOL SERVICE ON RETURNING MY PHONE CALLS. AFTER DEALING WITH THE OWNER WE FINALLY CAME TO AN UNDERSTANDING THAT RETURN CALLS WERE IMPORTANT TO THE CUSTOMER. WHENEVER WORK IS SCHEDULED AND DUE TO OTHER FACTORS WORKMEN WERE NOT COMING, HE SHOULD CALL THE CUSTOMER AND KEEP THEM APPRISED OF WHAT IS HAPPENING. HIS OFFICE FOLLOWED THAT RECOMMENDATION AND WE DID NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS AFTERWARDS. THE POOL CAME OUT VERY GOOD, THE WORKMANSHIP WAS SUPERB. I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY TO MY NEIGHBOR FOR HIS POOL INSTALLATION.
