I requested a same day service for him to upholster my sectional sofa, as the one that I purchased was too hard for comfort. I immediately got a feel of respect, responsiveness and willingness to work from this person on Sunday. He told me that he would arrive Monday morning pick up the cushions and deliver it back with within a few hours. My sofa cushions has come back much better than before and it is very comfortable. Generally, I am a very skeptical person but from this person, I got a sense of dignity, honesty, and work ethic. I let him take my sofa cushions without any questions and he communicated with me from start to finish. As a small business owner myself, I really appreciate his responsiveness and willingness to work and I got no sense of being scammed whatsoever. No red flags were raised.
