Description of Work: They initially inspected the chimney. I knew the bricks at the top were loose and we agreed when they would return to put a stainless steel liner in the chimney, connect the liner to the furnace and the hot water tank (done neatly and professionally).

Description of Work: I bought a $300 service for $149 and they quoted me $400 they filled two cracks in my brick wall. They then sent a bill for $432. I only sent the extra $100 but it was no deal. The work was ok and it looks like it was repaired as opposed to blending it in.

Description of Work: Cleaned chimney. Was a little surprised they didn't clean out dump in basement because it wasn't very full and I could easily do it. took a photo of a problem but did not leave it Incase I wanted to show anyone else for second opinion.

Description of Work: I wanted a few culture stone pieces replaced that had fallen off the foundation. After several weeks during which the provider was supposed to visit and survey the job and during which he was unreachable and in fact went on vacation, he finally did visit and came back with an estimate of |$4700 "to do the job right" which included, he said, stones that were loose as well. This was way more than I had expected but suggested he give me an estimate to totally redo the stonework as he felt it should be done to avoid problems in the future. He never got back to me. Since then I received feedback with someone familiar with this company who suggested they were not reliable.

Description of Work: Clean chimney and wood stove. Vacuumed inside stove, cleaned brick liners and inspected chimney for repairs.

Description of Work: The liner of a chimney had deteriorated and had to be replaced . The Farrell group replaced it and also put 2 more blocks on the chimney to bring it up to code. They worked quickly and completed the job in a day. I would recommend them to anyone who needs these types of services.

Description of Work: They made the exterior chimney inspection as scheduled on 8/22/14, but didn't provide report(?) or estimate of proposed work until 9/30. Their proposal for extensive repairs to one of our chimneys was way beyond our intention to simply recaulk the flashing on an unused chimney.
