"We woke on a Saturday morning to discover that our 2 yr old refrigerator/freezer wasn’t working even though the interior light was on. We contacted Green’s Appliances where we had purchased it as well as an extended warranty. They basically said that we had no options but to deal with the dilemma until Monday when they could call a repairman. So we called A&B Appliance Service. I was greeted cordially, explained our dilemma and Tom graciously looked up our model number and started troubleshooting over the phone. We discovered the issue and it was fixed. He could have just as easily come to our house and charged a service call but he chose not to. This is not the first time that we have called and gotten advice over the phone. A&B Appliance Service is kind, caring, and knowledgeable. They care more about the customer than the almighty dollar."
