Description of Work: I have impossible windows. They hadn't been cleaned in years, sad to say. Storm windows that wouldn't come off, windows that wouldn't go up and down. A beautiful old house. No one wanted to clean them. But Rudy, from Dove, did. Hard work, perfect work, more than fair price. I can't recommend him highly enough.
