Our windows were in such bad shape that a simple cleaning wouldn't have made a difference. Rudy actually did a restoration on them by using a special compound and they now look amazing. The windows are crystal clear and look brand new. Rudy and Michael did a great job and were punctual and extremely courteous; the price was excellent. We can highly recommend this company.

Everything went great. He kept his appointment and did an excellent job! Everything looks so much nicer now.

I called and spoke to Rudy. Seemed very nice, so I made an appointment for last Wednesday. Rudy didn't show, so I called twice and got no answer and no reply. So I emailed Rudy and got no call and no email reply. My job was a big job, so he lost out for no good reason. Seems he's got enough business and doesn't need me.

The owner was very responsive and arranged a time for the service that worked out well for everyone. The company was very professional, gave us good advice on storing screens for the winter, and our windows look great.

Received no response from vendor, other then they were away on business and they would contact me upon their return. Received no further communication for vendor and I cancelled the contract.

Fantastic. All the windows of my house cleaned, inside and out. Rudy and his crew were prompt, professional and committed to my total satisfaction. They returned my calls very promptly, arrived at the time they said they would( even a few minutes earlier than promised) and made sure I was happy with their services. My house looks beautiful because my windows are sparkly clean. Thanks!

Rudy returned my call promptly. We set up an appointment quickly and he and his team arrived on a 95 degree day. Our 100 year-old-house has a mixture of 45 windows, some being the old double-hung variety with storms and screens to remove. In addition, we have a sun room with many windows and transom windows above each. All I can say is that Rudy and his team worked through such weather effortlessly and they were all so professional and did an excellent job! Hooray for them!

What a let down! He did such a great job last year that I asked him to put me on his client list and come back this spring. I never heard from him, so I decided to call him. Upon reaching him, he said he would be in touch with me in a week or so, and had my phone number on file. I never heard back, so several weeks later I called again and left a message. No return call. I really liked him initially, so I was going the extra mile to give him my business. Oh well, on to the next guy.

This was an unbelievably positive experience. After agreeing to the price, it was found that many windows were stuck, they had not been washed for several years because the price I was quoted with prior window washers were astronomical. The team of washers worked assiduously to free every window. Additionally, they moved many knick-nacks from window sills and shelves blocking windows which I, unthinkingly forgot to do. They then replaced these. They were here for a very considerable amount of time and were pleasant and cheerful. We realized that the work was worth more than originally negotiated. When we said that we were willing to pay more, we were told that this was not necessary, as the company always honors their quoted price. My windows have never been so clean and bright since we bought this house. They came exactly on time and were professional and gracious. Use this service! I will never use anyone else. Rudy arrived promptly at scheduled appointment with his crew of 3 additional workers. They cleaned all screens and windows, inside and out. The windows came out spotless and the screens looked almost new. They were extremely careful about walking through the house and wore 'booties' over their shoes, not to track dirt into the house. Rudy and his crew were extremely pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of this service. I will definitely use Dove Window Cleaning again! Of the many service providers I have used, Rudy and his staff are, by far, one of the best!

It was wonderful. I called Rudy and he answered his cellphone while driving. I explained that I needed it cleaned and that it was hanging from the 2nd story ceiling . I told him I could send pictures of it if it would help. I Sent the pictures and he called me right back saying he thinks he can do the job but wants to see it in person.. We made an appointment, and he came, measured to see if he had a ladder big enough and said he could do he job. We left it that he would do the job the next week and that he would call in e morning and give me a time. Since my schedule is very flexible that was fine for me. He called , said he could come in the afternoon, came did the job it took approximately 1/2 hour. I thought he price was very reasonable. No mess no fuss job was done. The chandelier sparkled and I was happy. I will surely call him again. He is reliable, honest, thorough and really nice.

I decided to have a family BBQ this Saturday and looked out at the dirty windows I had, Frantic because I only had 3 days until the party I didn't think anyone would bother to come...BUT Rudy answered the phone friendly and right away, stopped off at my house that Day to give me an estimate -- I didn't even have to be there! came the next day !! a life saver !! the windows NEVER looked so beautiful . This is a very professional and courteous team of people. Randy the owner arrived on time and performed an EXCELLENT job. In fact I was working from home and on conference calls and did not even know they were around. Not only did they do a great job on the windows but when they left they cleaned up and you would never know they were here. (except for the real clean windows).

I liked the owner who was super friendly, responsible and personable. The men working with him were also very respectful, wore booties inside my house and did a good job. I liked the technique he uses with super filtered water as it's done quickly especially because I have so many windows and they were sparkling when they were done. I just wish it was a bit cheaper. I didn't do my whole house because the cost was too high and with the pollen dropping like crazy. The price quote for my whole house was $1600. I have a big three story house but those numbers are a bit crazy. I have had companies do it the old fashioned way which takes longer for about $1000. I would use them again though but maybe just for the outside since they do it quickly and very well and have my housekeeper do the inside. Wish the prices were more reasonable but I do have a lot of windows so most people will get a better price I am sure. I would recommend the company.

Rudy was timely, professonal, reasonably priced and did a great job cleaning the windows, screens and light fixtures. Though the job I hired him to do was very small, he still made me feel like my job was a priority.

Rudy the owner of the company was incredibly professional from the moment I contacted him to make an appointment to the minute he finished my windows. The windows were so clean that I sometimes cant tell if they re open or closed. He was exteremly careful of with his work both inside and out. Price was exteremly fair considering the amount of time he spent at our house. He was the kind of guy you want working in and around your house and your family. I will recommend Rudy at any chance I get. Ps If you're into books Rudy is well read and offers a nice engaging chat about books compelementary with his cleaning :)

As I mentioned all work was done in a very professional manor. Rudy the owner of the company and his companion took their time with each window and screen. I had a few othe companies come and was very impressed with the manor the owner approached his work. The other companies said they will to the task in no time. I was not interested in "no time" I was interested in work that would impress my wife and Rudy did just that. His price was fair and I would have no problem using him again

Rudy did a vey nice job. He was very professional and kept to our appointment. He was available by text and phone to answer any questions leading up to our appointment. He took his time and was very thorough. We had a unique situation because our front windows had overspray from brick water sealer that we applied. Rudy offered to do the work, but I am going to have the sealer contractor first come take a look and handle (at his expense). Without even missing a beat, Rudy offered to come back -- for free -- to hit the front windows again after the sealer cleans his mess. He said he wanted his work to shine. That's honor. We would recommend him and use him again in the future.

I have been using Dove Window Cleaning for years now. Rudy Hugo, the owner did the best job cleaning my windows that was ever done at a price I considered to be a bargain. The work is always done at the time and date we discuss, only once was that changed and he contacted me well in advance to see if it was okay with me to make the change. My feeling was if it wasn't he would have come on the originally scheduled date and time. I don't know how he gets the windows so spotless but I have NEVER seen them this clean, he also cleans all the screens which I love. You would think with the excellence of the job it would take most of the day (I have a fairly big house) but he is done in a flash. Rudy himself is an amazing man, very personable and trustworthy. I would not hesitate to give him the security code to the house but because he always accommodates my schedule I have never needed to do that. I tell everyone I know to use him and no one has ever been unhappy with his work. It is so nice dealing with a business which takes such pride in it's work, it's work ethic and customer satisfaction. I couldn't think of a higher recommendation and I was so shocked that he was not on Angies List I thought it my duty to make sure this jewel is available to it's members.
