Description of Work: Bob did what I paid for, a tune up on an old, old furnace system. He was there promptly and went straight to work. When he was done, he let me know the condition of the unit and how it performed. I will, in the future, call him back for work when necessary.

Bob Carusone scheduled the appointment the day after I purchased the deal. We agreed upon a time and he arrived on time. Bob was very amiable, professional and thorough. Although the furnace is old he said it was still functioning well but may need to be upgraded within the next few years. That fits our timeframe so we will be calling him back for that when the time comes. While he was here I asked him to also look at the 20 year old hot water heater. With his fair price, I will be calling him soon to install it. Bob is easy to work with and answers questions thoroughly. I think I've found my HVAC go-to professional. Thanks Bob!

Bob showed up at the appointed time of 1 o'clock.he was very pleasant. He cleaned and checked my furnace, replaced the filter and checked the thermostat. I was pleased with his work.

I wanted my furnace cleaned and serviced as this is my first winter in my new house and I wanted to make sure everything was ready to go for the upcoming season. Comfort Tech had a special going on for Angie's list members for a great price on cleaning and inspection. Other companies had similar specials and were $30-40 more. Also, the company is local and had very convenient Saturday Hours (where as other companies only had Monday-Friday Hours). I set up an appointment with Bob and he was able to schedule me that same week. He was on time to the appointment, professional, and knowledgeable. He cleaned the furnace and tested it. He also inspected it and reviewed with me some parts of the unit that may require my attention in the future. Overall, I'm very pleased with the service. I have a 35-40 year old furnace and expect to be replacing it within the next 1-3 years. I will definitely use this service next year and will be using Comfort Tech when its time to replace the whole system.
