Bob was very responsive, accommodating and prompt. He came recommended by our neighbor. His work is very neat. His estimate was very reasonable. Always returned calls emails texts. High quality installation and from time of quote to installation was about 2.5 weeks. Installation accomplished over two days. High quality Bryant products. Installation also included new programmable thermostat and condensate pump. Would definitely hire again.

The estimate was done promptly as was the communication process with Bob from start to finish. Bob reviewed other options for the furnace replacement during the estimate before I decided on the ductless system due to my home not having a basement. During installation, furniture removal was kept to a minimum and both men were willing to wear shoe covers to protect the upstairs carpeting, however, I placed plastic sheeting down just to be on the safe side. Bob advised me ahead of time as to how much space was needed in the attic where the line set and power would be run and also about the removal of a plant outside which was needed for the compressor pad installation. Both men (Bob and Dennis) working on the installation showed up on time and worked the full day. I was pleased with the results on a daily basis. The job was done in the quoted 3 day period and the new system is running well.

Was advised that it was simply a function of a faulty thermostat installation, wires not installed correctly. Separately advised that, although my furnace is older (1990 house), "it still has a little bit of life yet". one hour later and a reasonable on-site fee and I have air conditioning.

Service provider was punctual. Service was provided as agreed and did not take a long time, but service person did not share many details of what was done or what he found (if anything). Hope he did everything that he was supposed to.

Very experienced heating and cooling service. The technician did a thorough inspection of our furnace. He was punctual and informed me of all the results immediately. I will use this company each year for our furnace inspection.

Purchased Angies List deal for 20 point central a/c inspection/maintenance. Contractor was at the house for about 20 minutes and mostly just adjusted vents in the basement. 2 months later our A/C stopped working. Called two highly reputable HVAC companies to look at it. Both indicated that the A/C didnt show signs of maintenance in years. Coils were clogged and extremely dirty. Both were very surprised when I told them I had hired this contractor two months prior to clean/inspect. Don't sign up for "deals" with this contractor. Basically spending money on nothing.

Bob arrived right on time. He was very nice and also very professional. He explained to me what he was doing, and helped me change the filter on my furnace, where the air comes in. He was great with my new kitten. Very friendly guy. Would use him again, and recommend him to others.

Punctual, nice fellow, said he'd get us a recommendation and estimate in about a week. Have not heard from him since.

The technician was very professional. He arrived on time and did not rush through the process of inspection. He took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions.

My central air conditioning unit was leaking and I contacted Comfort Tech based on the reviews I read on Angie's List. I was very pleased to discover they were all completely accurate. Bob was very pleasant and professional. He was on time and quickly isolated the issue and repaired by replacing a clogged pipe that was also dislodged. I was so pleased that it turned out to be a positive experience instead of another negative one. Several on my repair folks have retired and it has been a real hassle replacing them with individuals that have outstanding work ethics and skills. Bob is definitely a keeper and I will call him in the future for all HVAC needs.

It was easy to schedule the appointment and he was accommodating of my schedule. He came on time , did his work, was a very courteous person and easy to intercat with. The furnace gave no trouble through the winter. In early spring, my igniter stopped working, and I called him again. He was there within an hour and replaced the furnace igniter. He did bill me somewhat too much for the part at first, but on my pointing that out, was willing to bring that down to a more acceptable and fair level.

Bob is great! I found him through Angie's List - based on his already existing great reviews - and the reviews did not disappoint. In short, I am a new homeowner and landlord and I've had so many problems with my heating system that I, at times, regretted buying the house (but that's a whole different story; in short, the previous owner did not care about the tenants or maintain the property). Anyway, Bob was very responsive and accommodating from the beginning, and he took care of everything to the point where I feel comfortable as making him my go-to "heat guy" (and he's definitely getting my recommendation to anybody I know, including anybody else on Angie's List). I, unfortunately (for my own sake), am not handy, but I have a general sense of how things should be done (and I check all prices on the Internet); initially, I was leery of hiring a stranger (through the Internet, no less, even if it is on AL) to perform work on my house, especially in an area where my little sense of handiness is already, but Bob's worked out very, very well. He reminds me of my father, who is very handy; he's an honest, decent, hard-working person who knows how to get things done, and get them done right. Highly, highly recommended.

Bob was very prompt and professional. Identified the problem quickly, part needed to be ordered. Returned as soon as the part was received, furnace running properly again. I will be calling him for any future service.

Bob first came to my home to do a 22-point furnace inspection. At my request he looked at the hot water heater. Knowing it was over 20 years old I asked for an estimate. He gave me a fair price. (I research pricing of most everything I get done in my home before I ask for estimates.) His price was mid-range. We scheduled the installment for the next week. He drained and removed the old hot water heater, installed the new one, upgrading pipes as well, in a few of hours by himself. The AO Smith hot water heater installed was generic (don't need bells and whistles), smaller footprint but same capacity 40 gal container. We plan to replace the furnace within the next few years and intend to call Bob for that. In the meantime, we will continue to call Bob to service our heating and cooling systems.

Furnace service went great. Timely arrival, very nice and knowledgeable.

After I was told I needed a new furnace I checked with 3 different companies and Bob was by far the best price. He was also the smallest business because things like email communication and credit card payments weren't possible which are things that make communication much easier than telephone tag. I used the reviews on Angie's List to support my decision to go with Comfort Tech and not just the price because I didn't want to get stuck with furnace headaches just to save some money. Bob was on time the morning of the install. Worked all day as he said he would so the job didn't feel rushed. The furnace has been going for 5 days now with no problems. Looks great and is smaller than the original that he took away.

I was wary of the crack because it meant the entire furnace had to be replaced so I went online to do some research on heat exchangers and compared photos to what I saw it was was legit. I then went out and shopped around for furnace quotes and he's been the best price along with good reviews on Angie's List.

Bob from Comfort Tech came to our house at the exact 10:00 o?clock time we had scheduled. He found some potential cracks in our heat exchanger and advised us our options. He did not pressure us for a replacement but made his points very knowledgably. He wrapped up his work in about an hour, answered all our questions and left us feeling good. I would recommend this company to anyone.
