Description of Work: I needed an inspection for a house I was under contract for and for no fee and knowledge that I wouldn't be able to choose who my general contractor subcontracted the job out to, these guys came out the same day I called and did a thorough job and helped me make informed decisions. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, these guys went above and beyond.

Description of Work: checked out leaky toilet. I thought the seal at base was leaking but he found that the problem was a few simple bolts and gaskets on the tank. |He could have (probably) done a more expensive job if he wanted to, but found the simpler less expensive solution. Would definitely use him again if we have another plumbing problem.
