Adam and his assistant responded at the scheduled time, and diagnosed the problem as a clogged whole house filter. Once the filter was removed, the pressure was remarkably improved. I have replaced this filter and all is back to normal. It is great to see their are still reliable and honest people in our area.

I'm new to Angie's List, but ARK Water Solutions has been my go-to plumber for years. The work is always well done and is always done in a timely manner. He's always reliable in an emergency. I highly recommend him!

Adam was very responsive and accommodated a schedule change that we needed to have after the town couldn't locate the curb box. He was on time and finished the work in about 1.5 hours.

Adam was very professional and helpful. We talked on the phone, and he visited our house to help determine the cause of the smell. He determined that the smell is probably due to organic material being caught in a rusted out drain pipe. While we ultimately elected to try and resolve the issue with various cleaning products, we plan on contacting him to replace the drain pipe if the smell persists or when our next plumbing issue arises.

Adam was terrific. He originally came to diagnose the water softener's poor performance. He did some tests and adjustments and made recommendations to improve the performance of the softener. I also asked if he could add some pipe and valves to my existing plumbing system to permit feeding of an outside hose bibb by either municipal or point well water. He made an appointment to return to do the work. He kept me posted about his scheduling through phone calls and completed the work as promised. He was honest and did not try to sell me things I didn't need. The Invoice he gave me indicated a one year parts and labor warranty.

Adam is fantastic! He responded to my email the same day, and called and spoke with my husband to get a description of the problem. Another plumber had told us the problem was major, the parts couldn't be found, etc., and chose not to do the job. Adam found the parts based on a picture we sent him, and came prepared to do the job the same day he was coming to look at the problem! He kept me posted by phone when he was delayed by a plumbing emergency in the area he was working, and alerted me when he was on his way to us. Courteous, knowledgeable, efficient...I can't say enough good things about his work! They were here just over an hour, and the repair is perfect! Then he called again a couple of days afterward, to make certain our problem was fixed. The only reason I am rating a B in price, is that my husband felt the price was a little high. However, for the quality of work, their speed and efficiency...and the fact that it has been at least 15 years since that problem was fixed before!...I actually felt the price was quite fair. So I would absolutely say don't let price deter you from hiring Adam and his company!!!!!

Adam adjusted and cleaned the venturi valve. Suggested to keep salt pellets to a minimum, at the 2-3 level, not to overfill. following morning we have soft water.

All I got for my $49.00 Angie's deal was that my Water Softener has a broken part and won't work properly. I knew this before I spent my money for the opinion.

The gentleman and his apprentice who showed up were very nice and professional. They were on time and did a great job of cleaning up. I had purchased this deal after attempting to change the faucet myself with no luck. The previous homeowners let a leak get out of control and as a result the old faucet was rusted in place. ARK did a great job figuring out a way to get the old faucet off. It took some time, but they were able to drill the old one out and then install the new one. You could tell that this was a frustrating job, but at no point did they get annoyed or complain. When most people would have been swearing and given up, they just kept trying new ways to complete the job. It has been a month now and the new faucet is great. No leaks, and no damage done to the sink.

Adam was punctual and if detained he let us know. He is very knowledgeable about general plumbing and treating residential water and helped us with leaks, pressure, etc. We are happy to recommend him and will be calling him again ourselves.

He was thorough and repeated at least one test to ensure reliability. He explained the properties of the tested water and answered all my questions with expertise. He did not try and sell me anything or convince me that I needed his particular product. He gave me some very good suggestions about my current system. If I needed a different water system, I would definitely contact him.

Adam Kerwin and his helper did the work quickly and neatly; issues that come with replacement were solved competently, and Adam made a couple of small but important changes that improved the functioning of our existing plumbing system. He scheduled the work in two sessions, as the faucets were delivered; he arrived when he said he would, or called if he was delayed. One of our new faucets was defective and began leaking the night after installation. Adam helped us get the attention of the manufacturer (Delta) and the local supplier -- on a Saturday -- so that a new faucet was available for him to install on Monday. Both Delta and the local supplier had expressed no interest in helping us ("It will take three weeks to deliver a new one, if we can get it, and we can't give you a replacement part before then") until Adam -- in a thoroughly professional manner -- went to bat for us. After his intercession, a part was miraculously found. He came on Monday to install it, and the faucet has performed flawlessly since then. We appreciate his work, and are enjoying our new faucets. We feel we now know a reliable and skilled contractor to help us next time we need it.

They came on a SnapFix referral, took a look at the situation, diagnosed the problem and fixed it at a very reasonable cost. Turned out I had loosened the connection at the drain when I was dinking around trying to fix a Jacuzzi tub whose jets had not been working. I felt confident that I was dealing with capable and honest people. Overall a very satisfying Angie's list experience.

Adam was very professional. He called when he had to be late for our scheduled appointment because another job took longer than expected. While repairing our water treatment system, he uncovered a problem with our pressure tank. He replaced it at his cost and did not charge extra labor. We called back a week later because there was a small leak around a pipe plug that needed to be tightened and Adam came right over and took care of it. We had received two other estimates that were much higher to have the same work performed. We are happy with the quality of work from ARK Water Solutions and would recommend them.

He did excellent, excellent work. He took the time to look at the job and explain every detail to my wife and me. Everything looked absolutely perfect. He picked up after he was done and there was no mess lying around. He took the time to lay down blankets and stuff so he made no mess. Everything works absolutely perfectly. I got some other estimates. If he was going to be late or held up, we always got a phone call.
