Description of Work: We purchased a new water a couple years ago from Home Depot. Wayne was the contract plumber who installed the water heater. Wayne was prompt and did an excellent job. What was especially helpful is that Wayne has a City of Albany plumber's license. This had a significant effect on the cost of the job. Plumbers without the Albany license have to charge a stiff fee for the installation permit. Wayne is knowledgable on the city codes; he does what needs to be done, but does not waste the customer's time and money on things that are not necessary. On another occasion we discovered a gas leak in a line in our basement. I called Wayne and he came to our house right away and fixed the leak. We have had no recurrence of the problem. I can highly recommend Wayne for any plumbing job you may have.
